We each ordered a local craft beer, both hoppier than we usually drink, but to be expected for the type we ordered and they were both good.

I ordered a salad(it comes with a vinaigrette that was good) and added a few veggies. My husband and I split the salad, because it was large enough to share as if it were two side salads.

We were recommended a large pizza as it is typically enough for two people and told we could split the pizza into two different kinds which was perfect. Sometimes pizza places limit the types of pizzas you are able to split due to them having specialty pizza toppings, but we didn't come across that here, which was appreciated. We ordered the Amesbury Community Flatbread and the Coevolution and both were delicious! I couldn't decide a favorite because they both were yummy in their own right.

My husband enjoyed the pizza so much, he lost track of how many slices he ate. He sheepishly smiled and haulted in his tracks after asking how many slices I had eaten and realizing it was only 3(before you judge me, they cut the slices smaller than the normal 6 or 8 slice, round pizza pie style cuts). There were still 3 or 4 slices left and I had to encourage him to help me since he believed he was encroaching on my share of the pizza. But yes, let this be a warning, feeding frenzies may occur! :)

The desserts looked tempting, but we opted out this time around, maybe we can try something next time.

One salad and one large pizza provided full, happy bellies for my husband and I, but sadly, no leftovers :( In the future, maybe we will get one to go as well, because we certainly missed having more pizza that evening at home!

Absolutely amazing, as per the usual. My family and I come here often to have a nice comforting meal on Fridays as a celebration of another week of finished work. We adore the food here. Pizza is always tasty and hot, we love to take an entire pie home as it reheats incredibly.

To start off I got a salad with a scoop of goat cheese, it tasted delicious, the lettuce crisp and dressed amply. I’ve found the amount of dressing to vary greatly depending on which day you go. I’ve had dry flatbread’s salads, and drowned ones as well. This one tonight has been the best dressed, with not too much, but not too little as well! The portion size was incredible which I’m extremely happy about, a large helping of lettuce with a generous amount of seaweed on top. The cheese was satisfying, but it tasted slightly different from the previous time I had it. Although I preferred the rich, slightly sour (in a good way) taste of the cheese from my previous visit, it was still delicious. I found the cheese to be a bit less flavourful tonight.

The crust is thin and toppings generous. Each piece is light and has an addictive flavour. Quite hard to stop yourself from wolfing more and more down, be careful!

Just simply amazing! By far the best pizza that I have ever had, that is no exaggeration, it blows every "gourmet" pizza place out of the water. The pizza is baked in a wood fired stone oven and the dough is prepared like the old days. This also adds to the great atmosphere because the oven/pizza making is all done in view of all the customers. The ingredients were all very fresh and flavorful. They have great pizza suggestions and specials or you can create your own. The atmosphere is rustic being in an old mill but very welcoming and pleasing. The service was great, very friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth it due to the product. Parking, well it is a little bit of a walk from the municipal parking lot (3 minutes) but it is a very nice walk along the canal. It does appear to get very busy, they do not accept reservations but they do allow call ahead seating, I would suggest that, also they do have ample room for waiting downstairs and along the bar.
