Could not be more disgusted with the customer service from manager (Antonio) of this store, and this company as a whole. Went in to drop off a ring to get resized (3/2/25) and was attended by clerk Alyssa. I was told the ring would be a few days late, at most. I was flexible. After about 2 weeks of weeks and 2-3 trips later, (after the "promise date") I was reasurred that the ring was still being worked on and "not lost". I was then told there was a high number of orders, which was the reason for the wait. (Wish I would have known this from the beginning.) A few days later, (towards mid/end of the month) I am told the jeweler lost my ring. Due to the abundant reassurance of my ring not being lost, and the outcome of the loss, I'd now lost trust and am extremely upset by this negligent act. After almost another 1.5 weeks, Instead of getting continous updates on the status of the replacement, I make another trip. I am told they attempted to call me 3 times in almost 1.5 week duration. Yet I have absolutely no records of having recieved a call during this time period. No incoming calls on my call log, no voicemails, no emails. At this point, after requesting to involve higher management, I learn it is his manager's (Rosie) "day off" and was too busy to help service an extremely dissatisfied customer. As if I haven't been inconvienced and distressed enough through this whole ordeal. After making some demands, I was met with more uncertanties from Antonio whether demands could be met and times frames on how long this process would take. While it is not up to him, I asked to make the appropriate calls that moment, in attempts to resolve this matter ASAP. Still, no time frames, nothing. At this point, I made it clear that I wanted constant phone calls with updates (even if there were none) because again, Ive lost trust at this point. We are 5 days since, and not 1 call. It has been 1 month and 1 week since ring drop off. Regional manager has still not contacted me after 48 hours. I cannot be more disgusted with the way this situation is being handled by this chain jewelry store/company as a whole. Will continue to push/report this issue as far as this needs to go until this negligent act with my lost personal property is resolved (cooporate and legal action). Please do not come here and potentially risk something happening to your precious jewelry. They are absolutely not as sorry as they...
Read moreMy bride and I recently visited Daniel's Jewelers to find a backup ring in case the one we ordered overseas didn’t arrive in time, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The manager, Michael, and staff member, Isaiah, went above and beyond to assist us, making our visit truly memorable.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and genuine hospitality. Michael and Isaiah provided exceptional customer service, offering their expert advice and ensuring we found the perfect ring. Their kindness, warmth, and welcoming nature created a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
We shared laughs and enjoyed the entire shopping experience, thanks to this powerhouse of a team. Michael’s professionalism and Isaiah’s attentiveness were impressive, and their dedication to helping us find the right ring was evident in every interaction.
The customer service, hospitality, and overall kindness we received at Daniel's Jewelers blew us away. We left the store not only with a beautiful ring but also with a heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Michael and Isaiah.
Thank you, Daniel's Jewelers, for making our wedding preparations smoother and more enjoyable. We highly recommend this store to anyone in search of exceptional jewelry and...
Read moreI went earlier today with my daughter after school. We we're heading to 5 and Below. But she asked what Daniel's was since she saw it was a new store. I said it's a jewelry store. I told her I bought her brother's baby bracelet many years ago. We approached the store we saw security sitting out front. Upon entering a lady came out from the back and said "Hey, are you looking for something in particular?" I said "No, were just looking!" She proceeded to follow us as we looked around. She was trying to ask us ?s about the jewerly. She was way too close for comfort(like a foot close) As we walked to look at the rings. She ran up again being right by my side. I was annoyed and was done after that! We we're not at the moment looking to buy anything. But if I did see something I would have maybe considered. I've worked retail 20+ years and this level of costumer service was horrible. If you're looking for a fancy gift for you're loved one. I'd say shop elsewhere. But hopefully you have a better experience than we did! I don't appreciate feeling like I committed a crime ESPECIALLY in front of...
