Store is always out of stock of different items like dos of colors lip gloss. On top of that on Multiple occasions the Manager Stevie has been so rude to us customers. Such A Unprofessional person as A Manager . One time I walked in and she was behind the register looking for something on bottom shelf well she saw me when I walked in but ignored me and continued her searching. After 10mnts literally me standing infront of her/register with her knowing I'm there I proceed by saying " Hi " excuse me , can u help me ? She rudely picked her head Up and said " Wait " like what Who hired this individual. First She suppose to be the One to greet, 2nd Her responsibility is to assist a customer or let them know she will assist them in a minute or call someone to help them but instead I get ignored. She heard the door & looked up at me when I walked at 10am . Another time it was a 21day sale going on I was like the 3rd person in line and it was a Long linemy 10yr old son who is disabled needed to use the bathroom so I phone called them and they answered I told them I was the 3rd person in line but store didnt open until 15mnts & my son was disabled needed to use bathroom would they kindly let him use bathroom if not I will loose my spot in Line by having to walk to Ross & use their bathroom. They asked Stevie the manager if my son can use bathroom because I was standing in Line as the 3rd person and she said No okay well I asked can you please hold one item for me cus I will loose my spot and will not be able to get item. Well Stevie said No. Well sure enough when I went to Ross came back nothing left because only a few items were put out for sale. So I told Stevie that was not fair how she handled the problem I was the 3rd person in line and do have a handicap placard so it would have been nice if she would have out of curtosy held one item for me . She rudely and loud infront of staff and other customers said they have no special lines for the disabled and they don't hold items . What a hollow brain I have to say. So I told her that I'm sure the other Manager would have handle the matter differently she replied the Black Manager isn't their anymore . I was shock she refer to the Previous Manager as " the Black Manager instead of just the other Manager or atleast by her name because she Stevie sure don't look white to me. Anyways now again 21days sale is on March 17 2019 - April 7th 2019 I think that's the ending date. Anyhow on Hot buys paper the Lorac palette is on sale so I go in the morning and ask for it well infront of everyone she raised her voice and said we don't carry Lorac. She was so rude no smile like she thinks she's in a boot-camp !! I told her well it's on your sale she said " It's an online purchase !!! I told her it would say online only but it doesn't it's under hot buys. She was like we don't carry Lorac in our store, then she walks away. Like she so rude, unhappy and miserable and just embarrassed me because I didn't know this Ulta doesn't carry Lorac like atleast be polite and offer a customer to order it online there for us with free shipping to store it's bad enough we have to come to this place and put up with a rude manager like her but a careless unprofessional stick up her θ ....Now the girl who cuts hair in the back who yes happens to be black đ is top notch customer service also older Hispanic sales associate is very nice and helpfull. Thank God for those TWO staff there or else I wouldn't step foot there I would drive that extra mile to Sephora 100%. âNo doubt !! I am a frequent shopper at Ulta, I've been to 3 different locations in as many weeks & visited one location 3 times with a total of 5 visits in 3 weeks. At each location I've browsed the majority of both high end & drugstore beauty/makeup areas. In all 3 locations the ColourPop isle end cap was unorganized, outdated (swatched shadows from samples that were not in stock/available/or even listed where new/unopened shadows for purchase were kept), multiple samples missing (one sample so old & disgusting that it had turned a completely different color - a super shock shadow that I own). However, on this particular trip the store employees were in the process of changing the layout of ColourPop's display to include foundation. Perhaps the issue at each store has been remedied. The Morphe display has a extremely sad liquid lip/lipstick display. I found multiple samples mixed in with the very few new unopened/for purchase & thought I was being helpful by returning the samples to their rightful place on the display... Only to have them fall completely through the slot in the display. Not surprising that when I opened the samples (thought that if I liked one I could ask if they have the product in "the back" since perhaps they just had not stocked the display yet - I did find one & someone was able to get the liquid lip from the stock room), they (lipsticks in particular - 4 that I looked at) were so absolutely disgusting that I didn't want to swatch them on my hand or arm. I really love Morphe products & was very sad to see how unkempt their display & how gross the samples were.    Read moreI will not be returning to this location. I am a regular paying customer (have paid hundreds) for Ulta and normally have a great experience but tonight was a different story. I thought I was going in for a little 'me time' relaxation but I ended up leaving feeling super uncomfortable and humiliated. I received my trim and Lauren did a great job! I also wanted to pick up a couple makeup and hair products while I was there and not realizing it I dropped my service receipt (you use it to pay for your salon service) while I was looking for foundation and trying different ones on. The manager approached me with the security guard to ask if it was mine. Already embarrassed, I apologized. The manager was gracious and complimented my hair. My hands were full at the time since I just came from the salon and neither offered to hold my stuff at the front or provide a shopping bag while I continued to look. I get it, I used to work retail, when someone does something that "looks" shady then all eyes are on that person. Well as I'm trying to enjoy the remainder of my shopping experience the security guard continues to follow me around like I'm on FBI's Most Wanted list. No matter what isle I went down he followed me to the point that I felt extremely humiliated and uncomfortable. Totally ruined my entire relaxing "me time" shopping experience. Needless to say I WILL not be returning to that location.
