Went to get ear infection products for my chocolate lab and thought I'd found what I was looking for, but to be safe, I checked with the cashier, Hailee. She was amazing. She was literally able to describe exactly which shelf it would be on, as well as the products next to it for reference. As it turns out, that product had only recently been moved to the front lock-up section. This information was provided by an equally helpful young man who was diligently stocking the floor while assisting customers. He set it with Hailee while we continued shopping and made sure to find us to let us know. That's above and beyond. You can just tell with these two (I wish I could remember his name!) that they are knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused. Thank you guys! Read moreI asked for assistance with getting some plants and when the employee came she helped a customer that came after I did when I had been the one to ask for help. Then she left after she helped that customer and I had to ask for help again. I noticed you had some plants heavily discounted and I asked just to confirm the price for the plants were for $1.99 as stated and she told me yes that was the price. When I got to the register to checkout it was a different price altogether and when I told the cashier that the other employee told me it was $1.99 she was argumentative and very rude with her reply saying that, the price is right that it rang up which was only $4.49 but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The level of service I received was just horrible and it makes me not want to come back to that store because of how I was treated as a customer. Yeah a smile and greeting is great but if air is all that comes next how is it service im getting. Every employee has spoken with respectful and educated grammer ( great not hearing the dude, bro, ugh yeah, like ugh im not sure, and so on that seems to be forming into this nations new language) and with every word there was a solid and very sure answer to each question. Can your employees do this? Its just to bad its only animals that get service like this.
