This place was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We originally purchased two home appliances( fridge and washer dryer) for which we had found a better deal on both elsewhere. We had called a front desk lady the day after we purchased to ask about the possibility of returning the items for which she told us no problem as they only pickup the items to deliver them about 30 minutes prior to delivery and to call her back just to confirm the cancellation once we make a final decision. (We had ordered them on a Tuesday and they said we would get them on Sunday, so we didn’t even have the items in possession). When we called to return them, we talked to another lady and the owner which all of a sudden they had made up a $600 restocking fee which was never mentioned when we originally ordered the items (a fridge and washer/dryer), nor during the first call. They both teamed up on the other lady and said “she has no idea what she’s talking about”. (Which is super unprofessional, and obviously they either aren’t on the same page and have terrible training or they are just making stuff up on the fly). Then they also added that if we didn’t want to pay the $600 fee then we could return the items but we would have to purchase $1000 on other items…. Also not mentioned anywhere or at anytime during the whole process up until now. So we were forced to purchase other items because obviously we didn’t just want to throw away $600 on nothing. We ended up purchasing a table and aTV stand from them. Fast forward to today ( it’s now been about two weeks since we ordered the new items) and they told us they would call us when it was ready. But no of course they don’t call us. So we called them today to check on when it would be ready and they were like “oh it’s been here”. So just be mindful of their sneaky return polices that were never mentioned. They actually don’t have the “best prices” (Costco is where we found better deals). And most of all their terrible customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never purchase from them again and I recommend you go...
Read moreThis place has the worse customer service I have ever run across. I usually buy my furniture from Daniel's Furniture across the street from them. I ate at Denny's next door to them and walked in to look. I was helped by Camila who I thought was personable. After I selected some items, I told her I had to go to choir practice and would come back. She then said everything is approved all you need to do is sign here. I spoke to my fiancee' who was arriving from overseas a week after. She expressed to me she wanted to select the items with me. I called Camila the very next morning when they opened. I told her to cancel the order for now until I could shop with my partner. She told me she would call me back. She's been saying that now for more than 1 week. The finance company said like me, they have called, emailed, and left messages--up to now, they have not responded, and I have yet to hear from Camila. I know that eventually, they have to respond and cancel this deal my law. It is sad that by Camila not being evasive to take care of my issue--she has lost my business. Read moreI'm really disappointed of this place, I went in and bought two twin beds everything perfect. Delivery was delayed by two weeks, Camila the rep stated a Friday, then cancelled then gave me a early delivery then called and changed it to a later delivery. Very disappointed. When delivery came the set-up guy stated I was missing the twin bed frame. When I went in clearly said exactly like this twin bed I wanted to purchase. I called and told Israd that he didn't add the bed frame to one of the twin beds. My Husband went in and israd didn't budge to give us one because that was his error. He didn't add it to my invoice totally not my fault. you should know beds need it. When you sell furniture everyday. The Matres on my daughter's bed was bending over. I already had to wait two weeks and now I didn't have a bedframe. Totally wrong. they just want to sell in this place. I knew I should of gone to Daniel's Furniture but I thought I give this place a try. Totally wrong. Not buying again at this place again. So, neighbors turn around and go somewhere else.
