Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Anaheim

I have not been to Charley's (This location) in about 2 months. I was shocked to see the pricing surged across the board by 30%. Despite the egregious spike in pricing I decided to order anyway (I was eating there). We always split a large sandwich combo and order an additional drink. The total was $28.00, WOW just WOW. Well you know the world has changed and I get that all businesses want to continue to make the same profits they always have but gouging has limits. Upon receiving the food I could not have been more disappointed, not only did the price spike but they also added significant "Shrinkflation" to the food as a whole. Much less meat, nearly no cheese and now NO pickle slice at all. Needless to say, this is my last visit to Charley's, I can handle some pricing changes but the value has diminished so much that I can go elsewhere for less and get a much better return for my hard earned $$....It was nice while it...

This is the best location around here. They always get my order correct, Bacon 3 cheese, mayo only, add bell pepper and onions. Not only do they get my order correct, the sandwich tastes amazing here compared to other locations. The steak is cooked perfectly and the cheese is completely melted, and the bread here always tastes fresher. I am aware all locations get the same bread but this location does something different in some way. Most other locations only give me the tiniest amounts of pepper and onion when I request it, like 3 pieces of each, this place actually adds a good amount in. I will drive out of my way to come to this location. The one at the Block is closer to me but they're not even half as good. Service is good and they even bring your meal to your table, staff is nice...

Okay so I went a little awhile ago and this place made me really mad !!!! There was so many young kids working here that didn’t greet customers and had a lot of attitude!

But today I went in and it looks like they might of gotten new staff!!! My experience today was the best I walked in and immediately I was greeted by 2 gentlemen & 1 lady !! Then one of the guys immediately took my order very polite!!! Then the cook the guy made sure my order was at perfection before closing up my order he made sure if I wanted any dressing or anything else !!! And the lady was very polite and nice as well !!! This place is now my favorite !!! Thank you all for this...
