Fist of all, I have been physically visit this place at least dozen times, nothing wrong nothing bad so far until today I use their driver up pick up service, it was around 7pm on Monday night not like weekend, they have no reason to say over busy day, but this Hispanic lady came over to me, asking me where she can leave the order, I said my passage side, and she feel like she had walk over to another side which is too much walk for her, I can see her face showing that, I order 8 items, and she only sent me 6 items, hopefully I asked to leave on my passenger side, otherwise I won’t have chance to checked before left, I called her back and told her that there were two item missing, and she look back her cart and found one back to me, without any apologize or feel bad to me? and when I ask her there still one more item missing, she literally said her job not included checking what is in the bags, it was fulfill team problem, instead of apology to customer how much time I have been spending there to show her my whole order on phone, she push the fault to her team worker?! And she even told me I can refund her item, I said I did not receive the item in my bag ? How can I return to you? She said I can return to drive up instead of walking to inside of the store ? I said I need my order, not return, also I did not get it, how I do return? You can cancel the item for me? But anyway, I want my item, she said because there are a lots of people waiting after me, I need to wait another 15 mins to get my item, I need to wait her finish all other customers first! I told her I came here when they are not here , I came before them, now you or your team mess up my order, just called someone else to bring it to me, why I have to wait till you finish other people?! I am your customer too! First come first serve for drive up! Then she called her people to bring it out, during waiting time, there were another Hispanic young lady walk to her, and she literally complained what she had issues with my order, and the 2nd lady even told her at this situation you can asked customer walk in side of the store to ask refund?! What the heck I just heard! This is how their work environment, they don’t even care my window was rolling down, is she trying to tell me this is what I have to do? Read moreBy far the worse experience. I travel for work and never have I been treated the worse at any other store than at this one. First of all I went it to buy my son something for Christmas and as I walked up I was told the limit was 2 per guest. Now I've been to other stores and they told me I could do multiple transactions to complete. Mind you I only had 6 of this items and they had 100s on the shelves. Only store I've seen with them. Anyways the front lead Brandon told me I couldn't that their policy didn't allow me to. But I then asked him to show me the policy and he said they were online. I looked and even showed him and he didn't know where it was. After I asked to then show me the hardcopy of the policy since they should have 1 and he said he would get one. He then called their security on me. They continued to push the policy for a 3rd party item cause that's what it was. They just sold for this vendor. So honestly they have bo control cause I was a paying customer. Anyways another "Manager" came up and stated that was their own policy when ever other target limit is 5 but never inforce it. Their service is great, their selection is awesome, and they are always on top of their cleanliness.
If I can't find something at either the Fullerton or the Garden Grove target, I always find it here. For some reason this particular location always seems to be pretty well stocked. Their women's department is pretty large and they always have atleast two racks of sale items. Their shoe department is probably the most unorganized, but still carries a large selection.
Once holidays are around the corner, they have about 2-3 aisles worth of holiday decorations.
Weird, but I love the fact they have tons of price checks that are actually functioning unlike other Targets.
On one certain occasion, I was shopping for Halloween decorations the day after the holiday. I found a shimmer covered 5ft black Halloween tree that had a branch broken off. The decoration was gorgeous and despite the fact it had a broken branch and was used as display, I still wanted the decoration.
