This store needs new people to carry on the business. There is one female hispanic cashier here who is so arrogant, and rude! No clue as to what real customer service here. And then.... their Managers aren't far from being like her. The only commendable person here is one male Manager hispanic with dark hair, medium built and always smiling and helpful to all customers. Not a single bad attitude. Very pleasant to shop when he is around. As opposed to Karen who is rude and unprofessional. Never greets you on the counter, never says hi or thank you and she even tells you off crudely if she doesn't like something. She was slamming my items onto the cart and I almost said something! I wonder how she was hired and what qualifications she has to get hired because she is an absolute liability to this store. With her attitude and disrespectful treatment to customers thats all she could offer to Aldi company, no more. Thing is,,, she is always like this all the time. Not once or even thrice, ALWAYS LIKE THIS! And some of her superiors are just as unfriendly as she is! People go to Aldi for the product. Might as well re hire new employees who like people and could do the job professionally. People do not care whether they hurt your feelings for being rude. But I believe in Karma. What goes around definitely...
Read moreI was very hesitant about visiting Aldi for the first time, but after hearing such good things I had to see for myself.
Don't visit Aldi expecting to see familiar brands because you won't see too many. One of the reasons their items are so cheap is because they don't use as many name brands as other popular markets. They have all of your food essentials plus a small meat section, frozen aisle, pet goods, wine, bread, and a large variety of cheeses. Since Aldi is a German based market, they also sell a small variety of German goods. Besides food, they also sell some home goods. I've seen deep fryers, blenders, vacuums, home decor, bathroom decor, pet beds, and other kitchenware items. These items usually sell extremely quick, so buy them while you still can because it's not a guarantee they'll restock the same items. The pricing is always great on all items. The vanilla iced coffee sold by the dairy aisle is my new favorite, so refreshing. Their frozen raviolis are filled with parmesan goodness. The heavy whipping cream is much cheaper here.
Service is always great. If you don't have a quarter for the carts, ask one of the employees and they'll usually...
Read moreI gotta give them a 5. I mean hello this place is Old Navy to The Gap. Trader Joe's and Aldi's are both affiliates of same company. Difference Aldi carries name brands at a reasonable price and have their own brand of items that are just as delicious as the name brands. For families who are on a budget or like to save money Aldi is the place to go. So you pay .25 cents to get a cart, who cares you get your quarter back when you return cart to front of store where you first got it. So you have to buy a bag, UM Hi! They are reusable bags and most of you have reusable bags and never use them. So there is no one to help you because the only employee you see is the cashier. Guess what? That's how they keep their prices so low and have ever walked an Aldi location and have it look like they are out of products. NEVER! Unlike most grocery stores they are of your favorite food or snack. Aldi has never disappointed me and i will continue to shop there to save money and for quick get in and get out market. Thank you Aldi for all the best selection and prices a...
