This is regarding the service department only, as I have no experience with sales at this dealership.
I’ll start by saying if you’re looking for any of the following in a service department; any level of customer service, efficiency, honesty, clear communication, urgency, care, helpfulness, tactfulness, etc do not waste your time here. I’ve religiously gone to McPeek’s for all my suggested maintenance for my 2017 Promaster work vehicle. My trouble really started in 2021 when I had paid nearly 1k for services that included a brake fluid flush. Just 3 months later my brake light went on costing me another $1300. My brakes haven’t been quiet since regardless of 3 different attempts at service and $2500 spent. Just 7 months later, my radiator cracked. That was only another $1600. Just 4 months later a piston cracked and I broke down on the road. I had it towed to McPeek where they asked me over and over again if I had an appointment. To which I replied, obviously not, I’m being towed there in an emergency type situation. They told me it would take a week for them to even get to my van to perform diagnostics. Then it took an entire month to receive and install a new engine. I received the bare minimum of communication from my regular service advisor, Enrique, and a lack of concern that I was losing out on all of my income. In fact, they didn’t even order the gaskets and fasteners until after the engine arrived weeks later, delaying the service even more. When I received my van back a week later with 100 anxious clients awaiting their appointments, my engine light came on again the next day. I brought it in a couple days later and they needed my van for 2 days again to replace the oil pump. There was no compassion, no sympathy, and no customer service regardless of the level of inconvenience. Now a year later my van is misfiring. Not wanting to return to McPeek due to my experience last year I drove my misfiring van into an independent shop where diagnostics were done with a 301 misfire code. The kind service manager said if it were him he’d take this van back to where they installed the engine and they should be covering it. So I took it back to McPeek. Here a service advisor greeted me but asked multiple times if I had an appointment, but after hearing Enrique put the new engine in just 7000 miles ago, he passed me off to him. Enrique didn’t bother to come and greet me and see what’s going on, I had to find him. In fact, he denied being the advisor responsible for the new engine install or any other maintenance on my van. HeAsked me who did it, and I said him. What great customer service, considering he’s been dealing with my van nearly the whole time I’ve had it and it’s quite recognizable. He said they likely wouldn’t get to my van for 3 days for diagnostics. When I told him this is unacceptable This is my livelihood and I’ve already lost tens of thousands of dollars due to this unreliable vehicle and inconsistent repairs/maintenance he literally rolled his eyes at me. When I said I’d rather work with the service manager he said no it’s okay. He didn’t offer me an invoice and offered the world’s worst customer service. Today I picked up my van after no movement on it and took it to another dealership that would get started right away. Even at the very least, the new dealership had significantly better customer service and acknowledged that there needs to be a sense of urgency. This doesn’t even account for the hundreds of dollars I’ve paid over the years for tire rotations that have NEVER been done and my tires have...

On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, I called McPeek’s regarding my Jeep’s check engine light. I spoke to my main man, Enrique, and he told me to bring it in ASAP. I did and within a few hours he had it fully checked out and ready for me to pick up. I always appreciate Enrique’s professional demeanor, his kinds, words, and his knowledge of Jeeps. He is all business and this is terrific! He is the absolute best and I am glad that he is my service provider. Anyone needing their vehicle serviced should ask for Enrique! You will experience the same exact feelings that I am taking about in this post! Keep up the Outstanding work Enrique!
I called Mcpeeks yesterday because the check engine light came on in my Jeep. Enrique, from the service department, told me to bring it in so he could have it checked out. I did just that'. As usual, he had my vehicle inspected very quickly. After the inspection, I was delighted to find that there was nothing majorly wrong with my vehicle. Enrique informed me that my problem revolved around the type of locking gas cap that I chose to put on my Jeep. He told me that the inspection revealed that it wasn't sealed properly from the last time I filled up my tank. After this visit, I was once again extremely pleased with Mcpeeks. I want to specifically shout-out my man Enrique! He is absolutely wonderful and I am very lucky to have him as my "go-to" guy when I need anything serviced on my Jeep! Thanks Enrique for taking care of me like you always do. Also, thanks to all of you at Mcpeeks for always being professional and taking care of business!
Today, on 02,12,25, I had my Jeep serviced at McPeeks for an oil change and brake inspection. I have to say that my experience was wonderful! Upon arrival, Enrique warmly greeted me, and literally within seconds had my vehicle in the hands of the technicians. In my humble opinion, Enrique is the absolute Best! He is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the customer's time. He gives his word and he stands on business, and that is admirable! I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which they were working collaboratively to handle my concerns! I am happy to say that my entire wait time was only an hour, and I was back home quicker than I could have ever imagined! "Shout Out" to Enrique and all the great people at McPeeks for handling your business the way you do. I highly recommend McPeeks to anyone who owns a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram! If you pay them a visit, they will get you right! Keep up the OUTSTANDING WORK GUYS!!!
I always have a wonderful experience at Mcpeeks each time I go in for service on my vehicle. All of the people there are good, hardworking people. I have worked with Enrique and Ruben thus far and they are both terrific! They make sure to get me in and out of the shop as quickly as possible, and they have kept their promises. I truly appreciate this! Enrique and Ruben are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They have a way of making me feel important to them when I’m there, while addressing each of my concerns. They handle the repairs to my vehicle proficiently, and are meticulous with the techniques they employ to achieve the desired outcomes. I am truly grateful for this! I highly recommend Mcpeeks, and particularly, Enrique or Ruben to service anyone’s vehicle who is considering going in for service at Mcpeeks.

Read moreThe context on which my review is based on the hardships and barriers that the employees, particularly Frank Cisneros, at this dealership placed on this 100% physically Disabled Combat Vet. Took Chrysler 200 in for a coolant hose on Monday that was dealership only per Napa, AutoZone, O'Reillys & online. I and other registered owner, spouse whom is out of state, asked Frank to communicate with me since I am the one physically in Anaheim and PAYING, however ZERO communication from Frank Cisneros whom NEVER contacted me per me and spouse making it hard knowing what was actually being done. Was contacted hours after vehicle was done by spouse in another state that vehicle was done and ready for pick up, not per how we as the customers asked. Again, I was the one whom physically took the Chrysler in and dropped it off and WALKED Home after. Turned into 4 hoses per dealership instead of 2 l, about 1k in fees and upon the vehicle pulled up and my getting in the A/C fan/blower was not working at all! Informed tech right away because was not going to drive off the lot with this as A/C blower fan was working just fine before and now after their having performed this maintenance, it wasn't. George Medina and two other tech men talking man talk about how that was not the issue that the vehicle was brought in for and they didn't "work" on area there and now the blower motor is going out. Of course that wasn't the issue it was brought in for! Had spouse on speaker phone and recorded this whole interaction. With their labor rate gauging of over $220/hour. I Have Zero Trust In Customer Service, Zero In Communication Skills, Zero Confidence in this dealership. UPDATE Car Overheated The Very Next Day After Having Not Driven Anywhere previously except dealership to home. Coolant Spraying Out, All The Very Same Engine Lights Came Back On. We Got CONNED! UPDATE 11/23/23 Chrysler 200 STILL KEEPS OVERHEATING DESPITE HAVING PAID NOW $2600 TO THIS "SERVICE DEPARTMENT" EHOM CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE...
