This is the most horrible Crumbl place I ever been. Employees have zero manners when it come to resolving issue. I order a Dubai chocolate brownie ahead. Note: I preorder this. When I arrive, they said they âsold outâ. I told them that I preorder the item so why they donât save it for me and gave my brownie order to other customers. They gave vague explanations that make no sense at all! âIt sold out because so many people buy itâ. It make no sense because it not like I order it in person. If this was in person order and it sold out, then I understand. But this was a freaking preorder!!! You as Crumbl employee are suppose to hold the order for your customer when your customer order ahead of time. It make zero sense to say that it sold out because many people bought it when the order was made beforehand. You need to teach your employees manner when it come to talking with your customers. They look like they donât even care about the customers at all!!! They gave vague answers that make zero sense, they donât offer anything like âI can help you with refund or would you like another dessert instead or help customers look for locations that sold this item. I paid double the delivery fee to have two seperate boxes delivered to the same address so that thoughtful ndividual notes could be printed to two kids on the boxes since a single order eouldnt allow for seperate notes. Upon delivery i learned that the store had only half hazardly chicken scratched "to " and "love " on both fisregarding the notes i had requested. Nobody vontacted me to let me know there would be any issue with my request either they just sent it that way looking awful. I tried calling rhe delivery driver it connected me to and no response. I left a detailed voicemail at the store no response. I tried the online chat customer service no response just indefinitely says busy high volume. I tried calling leaving anothef message, nothing. I want at minimum the extra deluvery fee refunded and an explanation as to the extremly poor service at this location. As a first time customer it wouldâve been nice to maybe have someone ask if I had any questions or simply âorder at the kiosk when youâre readyâ.
