I bought 3 boxes of ammunition @ $177.99/ each for a total of $577.77. I seen that my bank account was charged 3 times for the same amount of $577.77. By the way you can only purchase 3 boxes of ammunition a day as posted in there, so yes this is all that I had purchased. I called the store to try and get it fixed and the lady on the phone advised me to contact my bank instead or their corporate office. I contacted my bank and they wanted a statement or something to verify there had been some communication between the company and myself. When I called back some other lady answered the phone that said she was the manager and started accusing me of putting my card in the machine and taking it out to many times and refused to assist me. So they overcharged me $1,733.31. The manager could care less and refused to guide me to the next step or instruct me on what to do since she was unwilling to help and just steal a disabled veterans money. Not to mention I still have the receipt and she still wouldn’t listen and just had this horrible attitude. Employees are never helpful. Asking them questions about items and them coming up with a definitive answer is like pulling teeth. Last few times I have had questions and no answers due to employees lack of knowledge about what they carry in store. Last time I came in and was told they do not carry an item and sure enough I found it in the store. Would rather have them tell me they aren't sure if they carry the item or not and offer to help me look for the item rather than standing at the counter talking to co workers and twiddling their thumbs....

I went to Dunham and spent $129.00 dollars on a 10 × 10 yolo canopy, lasting two weeks. The second time I used it, the cross members on the frame broke so folded it up as best as possible so I could take it back and get a replacement, well Dunham refused to replace it said that I would send it back to manufacturer. Now I am without shade for camping, so letting everyone know how Dunham does business just about all other businesses takes returns. I know I have spent my last dollar there.
