May update this review pending the outcome of my device. Took an Ipad in for a broken screen replacement. Very impressed with same day service as I was told that I could pick it up later that day. Went to pick up the Ipad and noticed the home button did not function correctly. They said that was an easy fix and to wait a second. Came back out to tell me that they had broken the screen trying to repair the home button. Not a big deal, 25 min wait and I was again told that I was good to go, but needed to wait 45 min for the glue to setup. Checked Ipad the next morning and as soon as I pushed the home button it fell through. Took the Ipad back in for repair. Was told the glue go on the digitizer and now that had to be replaced. They said they could have it done same day if i would be ok with changing the color to white. I said that was fine. Went to pick up Ipad again later that day. Screen was not functioning correctly and couldn't even enter my passcode. I don't believe they even tested it because simply trying to unlock the Ipad i noticed the problem. Also found out the my Touch ID function was not working. They informed me that they got a bad batch of digitizer's in and would next air a new one in. However about the home button they said that a piece of glass damaged the wires on the home button and now that will never work unless i pay Apple $350 to pair it to the Ipad. I am having trouble understanding this because even with the broken screen. touch ID was working fine. If someone could tell me if this is something that can happen later while they are making repairs I would appreciate that. I do know that it functioned fine before the series of screen replacements. So as of now they have the Ipad again and will be making another screen replacement hopefully back to the correct original color and maybe have my Ipad back. Will update review after i pick up device. Staff is friendly and seems like a good business but possibly have unexperienced staff...

The repair I took to him required soldering 6 points in a really small area and I didn't think to bring the computer to him to test it after his repair. That was totally my fault. Even told him if it didn't work, it would be on me. Within a week he let me know it was completed and ready for pickup. As soon as I got there to pick it up he stopped the repair he was doing to help me. I took the part with me and plugged it in at home and it worked perfectly. I'm not sure how he gets things done in a timely manner when he is pulled away from repairs, but he does.
About the only thing I could come up with criticism wise would be that there were fingerprints left on the lcd, but then again, I came there for a tough repair that I don't think anyone could do close to me, not for cleanup. I drove 30 mins to him and am glad I did. I will gladly spray some glass cleaner if it means I get great work done like this.

Read moreWell I have no choice but to spread awareness of how I was scammed out of close to 300$ for a screen replacement on my iPhone 14 Promax. He repaired the screen and the next day it froze on me so I went back he did something and the screen was working again next thing you know the screen blacks out on me so I return and held my phone for a day stating it was a faulty screen. When I got the phone back after the third time I checked my setting and it stated it was a generic screen so two weeks later the which is today the screen blacks out again. When I went back to the store he stated because it’s a scratch on the screen he couldn’t do anything. People be scramming getting people out they money. DO NOT DO Business HERE I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THIS SCREEN SINCE HE REPLACED IT AND ITS FUNNY BECAUSE HE ADMITTED TO HAVING FAULTY SCREENS NOW ONE LITTLE SCRATCH VOIDS A WARRANTY WHEN THE SCREEN BEEN ACTING UP AND HE KNOW IVE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES ABUT THIS SAME SCREEN.
