** edit can't believe the same thing happened to Jenny Norton. I don't understand how Tsadik and Monte are still working there after two incidence of fraud. I also wrote the Att owner exactly what happened and never heard back. I am still waiting for a refund *Edit review: they also opened our new egg that came to their store that clearly had our name and phone number on it and activated it which caused our current Internet service to stop working. My daughter had no internet to be able to work. They illegally opened up our mail. *They were very helpful setting up our new internet air and even came to our house to help set it up. But, when our house did not qualify for the internet, without us knowing it set us up with a random address from Minneapolis. Which when he came to our house to help set it up I mentioned the random service address and he said that is perfectly fine. It was not perfectly fine because we no longer got the ATT discount because the billing address did not match the service address. The internet has nothing but problems and had to reset it almost every morning because our tower is 25 minutes away. Spending 3 hours with ATT they are not able to fix it unless they cancel it and reprocess it going without to internet for 3 to 4 days which will not work because our daughter works from home. We found it were also not getting the discounted rate which they are going to apply due to the situation. They lied to us on the phone and to our face multiple times. The only people I'd give five stars to are the ATT customer service reps, because they did everything they could to help fix someone else's screw up. How has this store not been sued yet, like the forest lake...
Read moreI would advise against purchasing internet from the Andover, MN AT&T. Monterio and the manager, Tsadik, are dishonest and misleading. I went there to see if AT&T provides internet to my address. Monte told me they do provide service to my address, when, in fact, they do not. When I got the internet set up, the service address was for an apartment in Fargo, North Dakota. I live in Andover, MN. He created my account with a fraudulent address without my permission. Since then, my internet has been spotty and intermittent, because it’s pulling from a tower very far away. When I realized the fraud, I went to the store where Tsadik did not provide much in terms of customer service. He was aware of the fraudulent address and misleading sales, and admitted that he had done the same thing to a previous customer a week earlier. (see her review). He did little to offer customer service, barely said he was sorry, and was not willing to give me his supervisor’s contact information, much less any sort of discount or refund. In addition to the internet, we also purchased phones. When asked about the cost of a phone, Monte said it would be $5/month. It ended up to be $7.99 a month with an additional $10/month for the NextUp option (which I don’t want). He also said he would give me a discount on accessories - $7.50. I took that as a flat fee of $7.50. After looking at my bill, it was $7.50/month for 12 months. He neglected to tell me that information, all to make a...
Read moreOmar & Sabid (I probably got that name wrong) were amazing at my visit to the store on 3/13 around 5pm. It was my birthday and i wanted to get a long overdue upgrade to my phone. I was dreading going in thinking I would be spending hours of my day in that store... I was blown away with how wrong I was. I was in the store for a total of 35 minutes and was able to go from an iphone 10 to an iphone 15 and have all of my information transferred to my new phone.
Both of the gentlemen were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made great suggestions of upgrades and protection accessories for my new phone but were not pushy or overbearing.
I will be back in 2 weeks to see Sabid (sorry again about the name) and we will be opening up a new line for my boyfriend to join my plan. This was the best experience I've EVER had with any phone carrier I've...
