This used to be my favorite target to go to. It has really gone down hill in the last year. My last experience here there were at least 30+ workers and they only had one person at the actual registers checking people out. There was a huge line and the checkout person was VERY slow. It was almost like he was doing it on purpose. I usually use the self checkouts but I had a huge cart of items. There were tons of workers just standing around talking to each other and they could see there was a long line at this one open register but no one helped. I almost was going to be that person and ask to talk to a manager after my checkout was complete it was that bad. I decided not to because I figured no one would care anyways. When I first walked in I overheard two co workers talking extremely loud about it being her last day with Target Andover. She said thank god this place is terrible and the other co worker that wasn’t quitting agreed?? The store was not very busy when I came in and every time I was in an aisle it seemed I was in the way of someone stocking items. They are not a true AT&T seller and are run by a third party company, WeAreRYNO (also goes by RYNO). RYNO has proven to be unprofessional, unresponsive, unethical, and lacking integrity. They are only in it to make a quick buck, and at the risk of jeopardizing the reputation of the companies they're representing. In this case, AT&T and Target.
Their Sales Associate sold my husband and me a phone, guaranteeing me that my phone bill would be a total of $142/month (including taxes and fees). That was NOT the case. He signed me up for services I never consented to, which resulted in excessive charges. My first bill was $411 and $197 thereafter. Had I known I would be spending over $1,000 for the first 4 months for a phone, I never would have left Verizon.
Save yourself the headache and just stay away!
Target should think twice about allowing such unethical people to work out...
Read moreI placed a phone call to this store trying to reach electronics at 5:30pm on 2/10/2022. I ended up reaching guest services, no problem. When I started asking my question they just hung up on me. no reason given just hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor to complain about the rudeness. There was a problem with the transfer which the girl on the phone apologized numerous times for and I accepted. She took my name and number to give to a supervisor so I could get a call back. It never happened. I don't have a problem with being in the wrong department and getting transferred but I do have a problem with getting hung up on while in the midst of asking if I could be transferred. Terrible...
