I ordered a a foot long sub and I asked the lady if water was free she said yes so she gave me 2 cups and I went to get water for me and my brother when I was filling my cup with water I noticed some lemonade going into the cup so I threw away the water and filled it up again and again so I just said its just a tiny bit of lemonade in the water its fine as I was drinking it the lady told me, you said you were getting water not lemonade I told her I tried but it wasn't working. Then she told me that its my fault so I refilled my cup and told her to watch me do it so she doesn't blame it on me then she started to say "oh look your cup is touching the lemonade presser, when I realized it didn't make any sense because there is no space between the 2 areas so how would I fill it with water. After she says people come in here and fill the water with no issues your just making it a problem. Next my older brother ordered from online and did a pickup as she was making the second sandwich my brother pickup Ed the first one and the lady told him "your not going to let me bag that for you? That all changed a few years ago in part because of poor customer service, poor app design (double charged for a sub that the store never made) and a manager that appeared to believe that if he choses not to respond...issues will go away. It took a call from corporate to change his mind. So, I have avoided this location. Today on a whim I decided to visit and I was reminded why I will not order from this location again. Service was slow. They are now hiding part of the prep line so you can't watch the sub being made. I ordered a meatball sub, she asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes, subs always come with cheese right. I happened to be able to see the sub just as she was wrapping it up. The meatballs were small and they did not fill the sub. There was also barely any cheese on the sub, so I knew that quality was sub par. During the checkout I was informed that cheese cost extra now, which is why she "asked if I wanted cheese." Her atitude was very "tough crap" feeling. I declined to purchase the sub and left.
