Ordered englander plush pillow top. Waited 3 hours during delivery time 2 days later my husband called them. They stated there was a "mix up" they'll be there shortly . half hour later mattress delivered looks like what we ordered. Mind you nothing on tags to specify. This bed was hard as a rock. My husband contacted them they requested photo of tags . sent photos she Cheri, stated we received mattress we ordered. There's no way this bed is plush. Has F on tag we asked doesn't this mean firm? They stated no idea but you received what you ordered. B.s.! So now exchanging for Iris mattress. Now have to wait 4 days for delivery. Hoping next one is correct and not hard like concrete. No way that was plush. I believe mix up was they forgot about us and just hurried up loaded first one they grabbed. And instead of admitting they delivered wrong one keep stating we received what we ordered. Yes we received Englander mattress but did not receive plush. How. An you work in a store selling mattresses and not know what the F on tag is? Next one...
