Culver’s — Restaurant in Angola

I had to gag my burger and onion rings down, I had already came home and wasn't going back. The amount of salt that was on the burger and the onion rings they were almost unedibal. I don't mind my food salted but wow!! Someone needs to pay attention to the amount of salt that's being used!! It was terrible! I'm not exaggerating either, I had to brush my teeth to get the salt taste out of my mouth and it's still there!! Imagine how high my blood pressure will go!! Ugh!! Oh and besides the fact the burgers were way over cooked, the bun? Couldn't tell which was the top or bottom. I just love when restaurants first open so much perfection goes into the food, then when the newness wears off you get what you get! Pretty much happens everywhere!! I rarely eat fast food but when I do, it reminds me why I don't! $16 for a burger, onion rings and a shake which was SUPPOSED to be a malt, yeah sure, I think it might have had maybe a teaspoon of malt in it. The service here is a total joke. My girlfriend and me ordered a Butter Burger Basket and a large Chilli with cheese. After we left and almost got home my girlfriend opened the bag and we got the wrong order. She called and since it was after closing they couldn't do anything. The person said that we could come back the next day. Well today my girlfriend went to get our meal and guess what??? They messed up on our meal yet again. This isn't the first time they have done this. A few months ago we got food around 10:30 PM and waited. When 11pm came we went to the drive up window and they said they threw our food away because they thought we left. We sat right where they told us to wait at. Yes we did get a refund and went else where because they said they had turned off the grills. This was the last straw for eatting here. I work in retail and know good customer service...
