It's my favorite grocery store especially the deli has the best stuff but also you know if you have a problem they help you and they fix it like for instance one day they're all of their bottle return machines were down and of course if you had like a million bottles they wouldn't have been able to help you but like you know I had you know about 23 bottles to return and you know they went ahead and gave me the money for it was like they gave me the money for the 23 bottles because you know their bottle machines were down but you know when they got them up and running they could return them themselves and everything would average out and they did that for me which was in my mind going above and beyond you know there's not enough businesses do that nowadays especially since covid it seems like all the businesses have gotten really lackluster they don't do much anymore they're all kind of lazy all the employees you know so for them to go above and beyond when their machines broke like stories used to do back in the day and by back in the day I mean like 10 years ago everything and the customer is always right. Customers not always right anymore unfortunately.
Update: still a great store they don't really change. Glad to have them around the...
Read moreI love this store - it's a little pricey, but it has all the grocery store options we've come to expect and then some. Deli, butcher shop, floral arrangements, non-perishables for personal health care, significant selection of Asian grocery fare including frozen foods and ready-to-eat options typically found in specialty grocery stores as examples. It has a wonderful selection of ready-to-eat dining options that are unparalleled by any local grocery store. It is pricey, but if a home-cooked meal is what you crave, there are lots of choices including healthy fare. AMAZING bakery style desserts also available [traditional bakery style sweets are my dietary Achilles heel] - napoleans, decadent chocolate layer cake, and butter cream frosted cupcakes as examples. We used to have a Busch's in Ypsi, but it closed so I stop by the A2 locations whenever I am close-by. I would be inclined to shop at Busch's as my regular grocery store choice if it was still available in Ypsi. I work in A2 and include Busch's as part of my regular dining rotation along with the plethora of top-notch take-out dining options in the area. A great, great place for a wide variety of standard...
Read moreBusch's Market is not a bad place to run into if you just need one or two things real quick, but you'll save a ton of money if you shop at Meijer, Walmart, and/or Sam's Club/Costco instead! Busch's Market is a very nice looking place that is trying very hard to compete with the likes of Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, both of which are in spitting distance. Unfortunately, Busch's is caught between trying to keep prices low and trying to be up-scale/trendy, so their prices aren't as low as Meijer or Walmart, but they do have nice amenities like free coffee and doughnut holes in the lobby. So, shop at Busch's if you just need something in a pinch, but shop elsewhere to stock the pantry and fill the fridge unless you've got...
