I'm surprised at how good the reviews were. This place is the worst frozen yogurt place I've been to. It's dirty inside and dangerous to those that have peanut allergies. Peanut or treenut allergies are more common than you think. There's cross contamination if the peanuts with the other toppings since the peanuts are next to the other toppings and not closed off. The toppings trays are close together so some peanuts were in other topping trays. There's still covid and obviously no one wears masks when they eat so it would be more sanitary if the they kept the toppings covered at least. My child could not add toppings because of his peanut allergies and the peanuts literally being smack next to and inside the other topping trays. I wish they would keep the nuts in a different section instead of in-between other toppings. Since it is self serve, some of the other toppings were over flowing into other topping trays, not separated well, very minimal space in-between toppings. in Lastly, we had strawberry and plain original flavor. The strawberry tasted good buy original flavor tasted like it went bad. It had a weird smell when eating so we had to through it away. It kind of tasted like rotten food with a gasoline taste. I don't know if it was just that day because I've only been to the establishment once. Overall, just dirty and would not recommend if your child has any nut allergies unless they are okay with frozen yogurt only and no toppings. If I were to go again, I would not get the toppings and only get the strawberry...

The store and the atmosphere was very alive and fresh. The store looked really nice and organized and made the yogurt seem healthy (since it is) You get a choice between a large cup or a decent small cup, (which everyone gets). I loved the option of choosing your favorite yogurts on your own, and your own toppings. I also loved the idea of how they weigh your cup for the price (49 c for each ounce) The best thing about this store is that, they change the flavors every week. Plus, its really not expensive.. Unlike other yogurt stores. The music was really nice, there wasnt any old 80's songs or classics. They had very recent songs and it just made the store even better. Stopped by tutti fruity on our way to the Hmart and had a really strange experience. I asked the employee a question about the flavours and right off the bat they were very rude, responding with "why do you need to know". Never have I ever had any one in the service industry respond to a question about their food like that. To make matters worse, I do believe there are some unethical labour practices going on at this location. The actual employee didn’t really speak English as I inferred by their muteness and clueless expression but instead called their daughter out to answer my questions. The daughter was the person I interacted with who was notably rude and definitely a minor. All in all, just strange....
