The store itself is clean and organized. The same cannot be said about their logistics practices.
COVID delays aside, there were estimates for delivery made on a product that I purchased which were in the 3 to 4 week range. When said time frame had passed and I inquired about the status of my item, I was told that it would take another 8 weeks even though the product was 20 miles down the road in their warehouse. About 2 weeks later they called to let me know it arrived in store for pickup.
This is a home furnishings store, not a logistics and delivery company so it faces many of the same problems that others like it do. I can't fault them too terribly for that.
I'd also say that in store customer services is good about 1/3 of the time. Most of my visits are spent looking for an associate to aid in some way but it seems they generally go out of their way to look busy or just put the horse blinders on. The other times, they are very helpful...
Read moreThis was unacceptable on multiple levels. I originally went on the website to order some stemless wine glasses. to add to a gift i was giving. The store had plenty in stock so I dropped in on 9/4/21 and of course, that inventory was wrong and they only had 2. The associate ordered 4 more from the warehouse and that took him forever to do (apparently he was new to this process). I was assured they will be shipped to my house with 3-4 business days. That was over a week ago and no glasses. Now I find out they are being shipped and I will have to make another trip to the store now to return them! This is horrible customer service! Two of the employees we passed twice and stood near for minutes while showing interest in Breville coffee makers. Unfortunately they were more interested in conversation with each other than greeting us or inquiring if we needed assistance or more information on what we were browsing.
