July 2025 Update Things seem to be on a downward trend here at this location which initially showed so much potential. Came with my coworker and my son last Thursday and was told at 11:30 am that they had NO sandwiches whatsoever. How that's possible before the lunch rush, I still don't understand. So we ordered the 9-pc nuggets to split. When our food came out, we only got 6-pc. So I had to go back up and show my receipt and they did bring me out my missing pieces, plus a few extra. My coworker, who ordered Grilled Dark Meat chicken received fried, despite her receipt showing she did indeed order grilled. We already felt blacklisted due to the previous issues, so she didn't attempt to get her food order corrected. By the time we finished eating....maybe 20 minutes tops... there were customers coming in ordering AND RECEIVING chicken sandwiches. The fact that I was not told that if I waited 10-15 minutes I could get a sandwich, really frustrated me. Additionally, paying $3.50 for a FOUNTAIN DRINK is insane. I understand charging more for Horchata or the other specialty drink, but not for fountain soda. I am reluctant to return for all of the above-mentioned reasons.

Day 1 review - went for the Grand Opening, and we stuck it out on the wind/rain/unseasonably cold May weather under a tent outside till they let us in. Every employee we encountered was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. The wait to enter and order was long, but on the first day open, I expected that. I got the $12 box that came with a sandwich, four nuggets, fries and a drink. You can choose from classic or spicy for your chicken, and you get a dipping sauce of your choice. In addition to fountain drinks, they offer horchata, a mango drink, and a hibiscus drink. Everything I had was really good. I was using the restroom and they tried rushing me out and lying saying they were closed. When they were a bunch of people dining inside before I went inside the restroom. Google says you guys are open until 10pm every night. If that is not the case then you need to correct that. I got out of the bathroom way before that time and was not in there for that long. Regardless I'm using the bathroom for as long as my body needs to. Common sense would tell you if you do not see someone come out of the bathroom, chances are they still in the bathroom, especially if you're standing by the door to see if someone came out or not. And then they followed me outside and started taking footage of me with their phones like that was supposed to do something. I have a video proof of them doing so, they're lucky I didn't call ICE. The unfortunate thing was that it was my first time eating at this place 2 days prior and I really liked it. And continued to eat it for 3 days in a row total, trying to try out the rest of the menu but this experience ruined it for me. Rule of thumb for everybody: even though they have 3 bathrooms, you are not allowed to use any of them, they will kick you out for using them. The employees only expected to make chicken, not clean bathrooms, even though they offer no other skills in life to attempt...

my food was expected to be complete at 715p. i arrived at 712. i did not leave until 745p. when i asked about my food the first time, shortly after 715, i was told it would be ready soon, i then waited twenty minutes before being acknowledged again, and someone pulled out a bag that had been ready for 15 mins. i expressed concern over the temperature of the food and the bag was yanked away from me without a word, and no one acknowledged me again for another ten minutes, when finally a manager came over, asked me what was happening and when i explained the situation, brought me the same food, now very cold. i checked the fries and they were soggy and cold and i said so. they replaced them, with no apology. they asked if there was anything else if they could do but at this point, i had been there for so long, that i did not even WANT to check the rest of my order, so i said no thanks and left. i got home and the sauces in my bag were wrong, and of course, after sitting for so long in the store, then a drive home, my chicken was cold and the breading was soggy. it was really the icing on the cake to a terrible experience. i would never recommend this...
