I booked an in-store appointment to design an elfa closet for an awkward attic corner with a sloped ceiling, and Narissa was such a delight to work with. She’s not only professional and talented but also extremely intuitive when it comes to suggestions. She took her time to understand the measurements, my priorities (like preferring more drawers over hanging space), and then got right to work. The design she came up with was spot-on and exactly what I had in mind but hadn’t been able to figure out how to execute. She was super quick to show me how different tweaks would look, and she was so kind and patient when I asked her to undo most changes and stick with her original design. A week later, she even helped me update the color scheme. It’s almost funny how I’d been dealing with this awful closet setup for so long, and all it took was one visit with Narissa to fix everything. Recieved awesome customer service! I ordered 60 clear shoe containers and needed them loaded in my vehicle. Upon them being brought out, we realized they weren't all going to fit. The 2 young ladies offered to help me break the boxes down and put them in bags for easier transporting. Still wasn't able to fit them all. We were out there over an hour. She then was nice enough to take the remaining ones back in and hold in a safe place for pick up next day. When I arrived, one of the front desk people knew exactly what I was there for and where they were located. The store was very clean and everyone was so helpful. Was fun to go, felt like organizing my house. It was nice to see the possibilities until the one item I wanted to purchase was not available. It went down hill from there. I spoke with three people asking if they had the item, one being the manager who, when asked looked at the shelf and said "nope." She didn't offer to get anyone to help or to see if they had any in the store. There was only one employee who made me feel like they even wanted my business. I ordered the item I wanted and will make one more trip to the store and then continue to shop from either Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn.
