Verizon — Local services in Apache Junction

Wow, is all I can say I would have given "0" stars if i could. You might as well call in to their customer service that can't speak english atleast they fake and make it sound like they care. Had a problem with the verizon call filter and the phone support was not successful figuring out so I said I would stop at the store.

Was greated at the door by a gentleman and kid. The adult didn't have a name take or anything that showed he was a verizon employee. Asked how he could help and I said the phone support was no good as you can't understand them. The response I recieved was ya they are not any good.

I told him my issue with the call filter and that I couldn't recieve calls from numbers that were not spam. He said let me see your phone. He did something on the phone gave it back and said there. I had to ask what he did. I then said it is normal practice to recieve a barrage of txt after calling 611. He looked at the txt and said the person that I talked to sent all those. I asked if there was a way to stop recieving them and he said nope. I made the comment that I guess I need to look for a new carrier and he responded with all of them are the same. He then got up walked to the door and held it open so I could leave.

This is not an actual Verizon store. They are third-party. They are liars bait, and switch ghetto employees .. First lie I walked into the store and asked if they were a Verizon dealer or a third-party. She said that they were a Verizon dealer that was a lie. They are a third-party store.

Then they gave me a promotion took my two phones gave me two new phones and never applied the promotion Verizon the actual Verizon people caught this mistake. Had me go back in And talk to the manager, who stared at this computer screen for an hour told me everything will be OK. A week later 400 and something dollars magically appeared on my bill. I called Verizon back. They launched an investigation into the store. The manager called me told me I had to talk to a specific person and when I tried to get a hold of that person, three people in that store covered up for her wouldn’t let me talk to her

I do not trust anybody in this store. They are not an actual Verizon dealer. They are third-party and they are liars to get your business. I will never step foot in that store again they don’t deserve...

Lying scammers. The salesman convinced me to purchase an additional phone that I didn't need, saying the cost would be lower per month by purchasing three instead of two on a business plan.

This was of course a total lie, and now I'm stuck with a monthly bill that is $64 higher than quoted. When I called to complain about this he kept blowing me off and saying he would look into it, until it was too late. Now I'm wasting hours of my time calling Verizon, and am locked into a bill of $254/ month for three years. I am a small business facing so many increasing costs, and this one is just insulting since it was something I did not need.
