Below a star!! I brought my bus to this place of business on 9/3/25. I talked to the owner Nick, about my project needs which he assured me was possible. The scope of work was to have a 12 inch roof raise done. The time frame discussed was 3-4 weeks. Upon the start of the project, everyone was excited, but that quickly fell off after dropping the vehicle off, the office manager Stephanie went MIA. Rather disheartening, as I was told documentation and updates would be sent frequently and even expressed I needed to catologue for insurance purposes. After weeks of being told lie after lie, made to feel a bother asking for updates, I finally decided to go look at the progress. THANKFULLY I showed up just in time to have them stop putting household silicone all over the outside skins of my bus. At that point I decided to contact the owner and bypass waiting for the “office lady” messenger Stephanie that takes days to respond, but very friendly when your wallet is out. Nick requested a meeting to go over the bus and the issues. I explained the scope was never done correctly per the multiple examples I gave on how it’s done. Multiple panels were cut short of butting to conjoining panels and to try to hide the flaws; gobs of silicone was used. Panels were not sandwiched between to to prevent leakage, only half the panels are even welded to the channels, too add, no rivets were used so they wobble in the wind going down the road. After all this was explained, Nick promised he would make it right, although he said nothing was wrong… and acted like he was doing me a favor. I agreed to let him try to make it right and against my intuition left the bus for him to repair. 1 week later, I arrive for pickup, and the only thing changed is a new bumper rail installed completely unlevel, now covering other panels on my bus that I now will never be able to remove. I can stick my finger through the cracks in the panels the cuts were so short. The “new caulking” job is still wrong. I could go on and on! I contacted Nick again about these issues after catching pales of rain trying to save my brand new subfloor and he has chosen to be negligent and still admit no fault. The amount of incompetence from this shop is beyond sickening for someone wanting 150hr weld time. This has been reported to BBB+ and is pending legal matters. Too add, I’m going to predict Nick will come here trying to say he was willing to make it right. Hard to make something right, when you don’t know how to actually...
Read moreI bought a trailer that turned out to be too short for my skid loader and attachments. Imagination Fabrication built a custom rack for my bucket so now everything fits perfectly. I dropped the trailer off Wednesday evening and it was ready to pick up Friday — super fast turnaround. This saved me the hassle of selling the trailer and buying a longer one (which I didn’t really want anyway). Great work and a...

I called and I believe it was Steph that answered the phone, told her our situation and she said come in and we will see what we can do. EVERYONE there kept things moving forward and we were able to stay on schedule with our project. Thank you all very...
