The service there is horrible. They’re super unprofessional, they don’t know how to handle customer complaints. My friend and her man had gone in for some mini pancakes yesterday while I stayed in the car. I could see one of the girls there looking at my friend very oddly, very rudely. We had all noticed that the girls attitude towards my friend started after an incident that happened a while ago where my friend ordered a mango and it tasted just awful. She had asked if they could remake it and they told her no, she didn’t say anything she just threw it away and left. After the looks from yesterday her man went and spoke to whoever was in charge about both situations. They said there was absolutely no problem and that she was just making everything up. We all saw , so what exactly is she making up ?? If anyone was making stuff up it was them. This wasn’t the first time someone noticed that the girls was looking at her weirdly or had a bad attitude with her, my friend or her man just didn’t say anything. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Older Hispanic lady was very rude. My husband and I ordered over 30 dollars worth for 3 items. The lady was pretty much rushing us out the door during open time. Asking if we were waiting on something with an attitude?? When another employee was finishing up our order. We came here because it is a small business and we wanted to support. I would highly reconsider ordering from a place that cannot even greet you when you walk in the door. As if you are causing a disservice to them for prepping the food you order and PAY for. I went to this ice cream shop a few days ago with my family, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the girls working there were incredibly kind and welcoming — always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they enjoy what they do, and that makes the whole experience even better.

We tried the ice creams, the fruits and several popsicles — everything was delicious! You can taste the quality and the care they put into their products. The atmosphere was also lovely, perfect for spending some family time together.
