I get to Subway around 7pm and there are 4 customers at the counter ordering. The two employees, I don't know there names, so I'm going to say the Spanish guy and black guy are eyeballing me hard. I get in line behind a woman. Her and I wait about 5 min. And then it's her turn to start ordering. The Spanish employee is in total rush mode and the lady isn't going to take it.
She tells the Spanish guy to slow down, politely. He is visible upset and starts throwing random items around but not saying anything. Then her sub gets down to the black guy who is doing the toppings but he is checking out a customer, so the Spanish guy steps in and starts doing the toppings to move things along.
The woman tells him that she'd rather have the black guy do it because he is obviously rushing and not caring but he doesn't listen. So the Spanish guy puts on salt and pepper and way too much of it and the woman says I didn't want that much can you make it again?
The Spanish guy throws the sub hard against the wall and then goes to make a new one. This time the woman makes it clear that only the black guy is allowed to make her sub because he isn't rushing the same way.

So when I walked in he kept mopping the floors as if he didnāt see me. I politely asked for assistance he still took his time helping me yelling at me from the back taking his time to help me. When he came to make my food he started working on the ticket orders instead of helping me first. He was throwing everything on the sandwich very sloppy I asked him could he slow down just a bit bc he was trying to make my order and the ticket orders at the same time and he was messing up. He yelled at me again āI KNOW WHAT IM DOINGā I kept asking him to please not make the sandwich sloppy and he continued to talk over me and wouldnāt listen to anything I was trying to say so. I was embarrassed and shocked at the way he was talking to me so I walked out in the middle of him making my sandwich. Very bad service and management! I shouldnāt have been treated that way but again I think it was bc of the color of my skin bc I was not being rude to him. And I love subway I just wish they chose who works and manages the establishment...

I asked the lady to put some extra black olives, they told me that would be a 30 cents! your only allowed 12 black olives on a foot long sub, I guess I did not know that! I told her forget the olives than!, when to pay at cashier and was 13.41 for sub, coke and chips so far so good....then i sit down to eat my lunch and noticed my receipt showing 16.09 (somehow included 20% tip) after finish eating went back and told them about the tip that was somehow tack into the bill???, The manager says it was my fault and offer to give me a $2 refund in cash, even thou the tip was charged $2.89, I asked him can't you put back on my credit card the money please, he replied " I just gave you 2 dollars out of my own pocket, it was not our fault" with an attitude I took the two dollars and told him keep the money and walked away; it was never about the money it was about doing the right thing!
