We have been loyal customers at Staples for close to 10 years and are Gold members. We order a lot of Office supplies online and frequent the store here in Apopka because we are only about 5 minutes from the store. Now, in the past I had my boss call the store to tell the manager that it was ok for me to use the company credit card and to ask the manager if that was ok as Staples has a policy that the name on the card must match your name. Now generally speaking this is a wonderful idea, however, as the 2 other acting managers at this particular Staples have said that there is always the exception to the rule and seeing as I rarely spend over $100 at this store it was never a problem. Until today...my boss called as he did before to inform them that I was coming, I needed some printer cartridges, and the General Manager said:" nope, not allowed, name must match person". Now this would not have been such a big deal if in the past we had not been allowed to do this; and I do understand the policy, still would have been ok until I called back and Chris, the acting manager, sneered when I told him my story and if apologies could be any limper I have not been told one. Needless to say that we are moving our business needs, Office Supplies, Business Card etc to Office Depot. Very...

As a longtime Apopka resident, I’ve been coming to this Staples for over 10 years. Years ago, customer service here was great, if I had a question about a printer or product, someone would gladly help. Unfortunately, that level of service is long gone.
Over the past couple of years, the customer service at this location has become downright terrible. When I ask for help finding something, I’m either brushed off or pointed in a vague direction like “it’s in Section 10,” with no effort to actually assist me. The staff act like I’m bothering them, and they clearly don’t want to be interrupted from whatever they’re doing.
The attitude from many of the employees suggests they simply don’t care. It feels like they’re just there for the paycheck and have no interest in helping customers. I’ve tried to be patient, but it’s clear this isn’t going to get better unless Staples hires new people who actually value customer service.
This is exactly why more people turn to Amazon, because you can find what you want online and it’s done, you order it and if you don’t like it, you send it back. Staples needs to seriously rethink who they have representing their brand...

She told them sit down. Okay no problem, at this time she continue to see people around 7 people was seen. Now it’s after 1pm my daughters went to ask how much longer would her wait be, lousy she said YOU WAS LATE. By 10 minutes other people need to be taking care of, she kept going on and on. My daughters went to the manager to voice their concern of how rude she was. While I was in the phone with one of my girls the store manager told my daughter, If you have a problem with her attitude then you can go find another staples. IM HEARING HIM SAY THIS. he repeated it twice and my daughter stated he rolled his eyes and neck as if he was doing the stereotypical “ black woman attitude” my daughters was so hurt. They just left.all this for asking how much longer would it be. Had my daughters argued with either one of them they would be the “ BAD GUYS” but I teach them to still maintain kindness and be polite. The manger...
