Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Apopka

I had an order ahead, I live about 10 minutes away, it was 2 hot coffees and a pastry. When I got to this location not only were they not ready but each cars orders in front of us took about 5 minutes. There were 3 cars so we waited about 10-15 mins, no big deal it’s the morning, I get it. However when we get to the window not only do they not have it ready they started making it right then and there which is fine but that took 5-10 minutes as well which is about 20-25 minutes of waiting in total which is not what i expected for ordering ahead of time as im on my way to work and went from being early to being late. I’m not sure if its training issues, staffing issues, or something else but this is not the desired experience for a customer and it makes me hesitant to make this my go-to location for coffee in...

I’m currently sitting in line where I’ve been for 14 minutes. The service started out bad with the little girl in the camouflage uniform giving attitude when she was asked about a drink. This was my first time coming to Dutch bros. My wife has been here before and has had a decent experience. Logistically the line makes zero sense. To have people merge at the end into a bottle neck. But to wait for almost 20 minutes to get a drink is beyond ridiculous. My wife may give this place another chance but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I’d just rather deal with Wawa. I’m sure the owners won’t take this review in account as long as the bottom line looks the way it should. I just hate to support businesses with poor habits. I hope...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sat in drive thru for more than 20 min in the second line where you have to merge. There was one girl taking orders who proceeded to go and ask everyone else around me for their orders and ignored me. Even after I mentioned to her that my order had not been taken yet she told me to still wait and asked everyone else around me for theirs while I blocked traffic on the merge lane since I hadn’t been asked yet. Absolutely diabolical customer service. It’s been 10 min since I asked and she is still asking everyone else their orders except for me.

Even better, when I showed up to the window they couldn’t find my order so they didn’t have anything for me at all.
