Im only leaving this review to hopefully help the owners make things better. Staff was somewhat ok I would not say friendly but not rude either. Food did not taste fresh at all for just being made. Tea containers were not covered after the tea was made but it did taste good. When my food was ready they did not bring it to the table like they do at other locations when you are dinning in. Not that I mind getting up to grab it just a nice gesture considering they ask for a tip on the card machine. I am one of the few that do not mind tipping, I know the job can be thankless at times. Although the inside of the restaurant did not seem dirty the front glass door that you use to come in looked like it had not been cleaned in months as well as all of the windows were just as dirty as the door you enter. Again not trying to bash just hopefully helping the owners see they need improvements! Read moreThis location is unfriendly unprofessional and unwilling to help customers navigate technology that is malfunctioning There is no way to use your reward points from the register You must do it at the app. They don't greet you they don't say hi They mess up your order even after you told them specifically how you want it You say turkey and cheese only that's what you mean turkey and cheese only You say you want your cheese steak toasted extra toasted that's what you want extra toasted. Customers don't want to stand there and argue with staff that it was toasted when you know darn good and well it wasn't The place is dirty. Apparently the owner from what the one lady said thinks it's okay to let them run around wearing long fake eyelashes that could fall into the food to wear Crocs which are slippery and not OSHA approved on slippery wet greasy floors and to wear a headphones over your head the way you can't hear customers or what's not going on around you.

I been going to this firehouse sub shop at Cummins park next to home depo in apopka since they opened. And the last 2 years it's going down hill and getting worse fast..I paid for a large and got a med. When my wife told them the owner said that's how there maid. .well then why ask a customer if they want a small. Med.or large.. lol. I ask for pickel extra peppers. And the sub had roast beef on one side only. . The sub looked like it was made by a blind person. And the attitude of the owner was less than desirable.. .. my wife told them to just keep it and were done. I would rather drive a extra 5 miles where my business is appreciated and the order made the way i.ask for it .. a person can only take so much of the incompetence shown by this firehouse sub shop.and I won't be back.
