First time coming into this new Winn Dixie and i must say it is very clean and organized. Beyond that, i was interested in some fruit i had never seen before specifically a cactus pear so i asked the employee that was working in the section about it. Well turns out, it was a produce manager named Peter and not only did he give me some insight into a few different exotic fruits they had at this location but he also took them into the back, cut them up and let me try them! This exceeded any customer service i have received lately bc since Covid, customer service has really been lacking. Read moreI’ve been shopping at this location since it opened and honestly the customer service here is non existent. Especially when it comes to the cashiers. I typically do self check out but when I have a basket full I go to a cashier every time there’s an attitude and I am always rushed. There is no courtesy and when you bring it up to management they seemed bothered too and honestly nothing has been done.
