This place sucks, if you are black and don't have a darn good RBF face don't go here! These people in here are very, very racist. The workers are here to do their job so they HAVE to service whomever. Occasionally, you won't get hello if you say hi to them. The fellow CUSTOMERS however, are TRASH! They will follow you from isle to isle to gossip about you in Spanish. They will violate your space by walking next to you very closely when there is a WIDE amount of space in the isle. They won't excuse themselves and will stand in expectation for YOU to move out of there way. The fellow CUSTOMERS will also BUMP or MOVE their effing carts to try to hit YOU with them if your back is turned! They make you feel VERY unwelcomed there! Just don't go to this place once again if you're black person that doesn't have an RBF, just doesn't care how others treat you, are completely oblivious either willingly or just simply don't know. This has been my experience, my family members, and my boyfriend's experience. I have heard some others that avoid this place because of the same reasons. JUST GO TO BRAVO SUPERMARKET! I have never ever had this experience since going to BRAVO as a child up to being an adult. Thank you for taking the time to look at my review. Everyone should be treated fairly especially if we are all paying customers. I won't be giving this place my money ever again. Nor, the other people that I can count on two hands you all have treated poorly at this establishment.

I like coming here for a pleasant and smooth grocery shopping experience. Along with the food at the food bar, I love their rice and red beans when paired together. Worse management. My husband and I arrived at 7pm and we asked for a coffee. The lady told me that it was already close. I asked to talk to the manager and we started talking. I asked him at what time did they closed the cafeteria and he said at 8pm so I told him it’s 7pm and the lady told me that she was closed. After saying this he told me it takes 30 minutes to clean the coffee machine so I told him well don’t you think if you close at 8pm you guys could stop doing coffee at 7:30pm not 7pm. Anyways the point is that as a manager if I asked for a coffee at 7pm that wasn’t going to take no more than 5 minutes to make the coffee they hadn’t started to even clean the area. What it really bothers me was his attitude and rude he was. So disappointed with such “ manager “ you guys should hire people that really cares about customers not someone that was walking with his phone...

I don’t know what happens to this place but since the change from Bravo to Key food is absolutely different, I used to be a every weekend client , my husband and me go here to have breakfast and buy our weekly groceries, but I have stop coming for multiple reasons and the most important one is the food, we love the empanadas but they are doing it wrong they give what ever and today was my last one looks this is unacceptable they give me and empanada empty it loooks like it broke while they were cooking and they did not care still put it there and smelled to me I order 4 chicken empanadas. I take a picture so you can see. And I know I should go back to the store and show them but I’m already in my house this things should not happen. Sorry keep losing...
