Terrible worst BK I have been too! Just had horrible experience! Waited in drive thru 10 min (didnāt move) luckily we could back out and go inside before our digital coupon expired. Once inside we continued to wait before we could place the order only to find out the customer in front of us had waited 30 min and still had not received his food. The employees (who seem to be slow and walk around as if they have all day) kept asking him about his order. He kept telling them about the order but not receiving the food! I saw food just sitting out not getting Used for additional 10 min or more, while our coupon expired! The manager āRebeccaā shouted not to worry about the coupon. I asked her what the deal was with the wait time. I also pointed out all the trash that I took pictures of sitting out by the register. I told her this should be unacceptable. I asked for the manger to find out that it was her! She said she is leaving bc she has been here all day. She also began to ring up other customers that got inline after us and we have yet to place our order!!! I demanded the name of the GM (she refused) She had an attitude. As new customers walked in I explained to them they should go somewhere else and I told them why. They thanked me and left. I told Rebecca that she just lost customers -she thanked me! Like really a manger thanking me for her loss of customers. I again asked for the name of a high up person in charge to speak to! Apparently no one can seem to get ahold of them I was told-so nothing will happen anyway! Rebecca tore off a receipt with the store number and gave it to me as I demanded for contact information. I had to ask her multiple times for her name as she turned her back to me. We left after 30 min with no food and still no order placed! This is unacceptable-donāt ever come here! They need to clean this place up! Oh and they had no ice and no coke said the customer that was in front of us who waited about 35 + minutes for his food! He was just as upset as we were! Where is the GM-you need to clean...

Lately there been some mixed up with orders and not gave right change. I went to the burger king and I ordered the duos and fries and nuggets. The person forgot put the nuggets. Is like he or she didn't heard me For some reason that person ever time I go there is they don't went to take my order or they just don't went to service a customer
I really getting tired of the rudeness and waiting for a order. From that person. Even with gaven me a cup of soda he didn't went to gave to me he gave it to another customer. Evening the other customers what saying he was rude.
I gave a 1 ā each thing. It's not like 15-20 years ago that that burger king location was better service in the past.
Don't go to this burger king. The owner will kick you out if you are there to long. He is middle eastern.
He gets confused who is homeless and how is not.
Sometimes I go there to buy meals and sometimes I go there to kill time.
Because I live near by on Alabama st in a house with family.
I come from a long distances from 436 on the bus or walk I am kill time there when it's time to go home. I live with family not my house. Me and my daughter sometimes don't go in the house we find a place to kill time focus to go back to the house. So this owner of this place don't have GOD he is very rude they need to close it down. No compassion.

I just ordered a meal with ice tea, they sent soda. I donāt drink soda. My orderās also missing a Lg iced coffee and ice cream cup. The fish on the sandwich looked like it was sitting all day or microwaved. I did receive credit in the app but itās a matter of poor service, poor quality and inconvenience. I order delivery for someone whoās disabled and I donāt have a car to drive to the store because believe me, I would never order food for delivery because of issues like these and the outrageous surcharges placed on orders.
I had ordered iced coffee 3 orders before this did not get it and the manager (female) at the store proceeded to tell me they donāt serve iced coffee after breakfast. Iām like what??? She repeated it and I told her then it should not be on your lunch menu. Then my order before this current order I called the store before placing my lunch order and asked the gentleman who answered the phone if they had iced coffee he said yes so I told him what the other mgr had told me before and he too was baffled. The moral of this story isā¦.Burger King Corporate needs to get up off their bums and take all the complaints theyāve been getting and do something about these wayward stores thatās running their brand in the ground. Hire better managers that will keep the integrity of the brand at a high standard.
