I am very disappointed my husband job is right next to this establishment but I went to give it try. I went in for a pedicure and refill. The lady who I was speaking to she’s the one who always greet people when they’re coming in she may be the manager or something. The lady started on my pedicure and then someone else came in and she completely stopped and had another gentleman come finish my pedicure, which was fine. But I am on a limited time so she did say that she was going to do my nails the same time as he’s working pedicure. The pedicure is going good. I’m looking for the lady to come back and start on my nails after she does one person she goes to the next person then another person comes in and she goes to them and starts on a pedicure. I just wish that customer service was good because my money is just as good. I do not like them mistreated if you tell me something as a client just do it. I was on a time limit and I was not able to spend all that time now unfortunately I Was not able to get my nails done. Due to me believing in her word. Just be careful coming here. It seems as though when people come in, they forget about the people who have been waiting patiently for them. And I’m very disappointed Because this is a new shop. I understand you want business, but you also have to retain people.
The part that really confuses me is that she heard what was going on and that not come back to me to finish my services. This lady did not say anything did not apologize did not try to do anything. Like it’s like I don’t matter, but you want me to spend money at your establishment. It’s just like people don’t care even when you’re spending money with them to support their business. Read moreI’ve tried 3 times. Each time had an appointment. 1st appointment was with a woman (can’t remember her name). I sat and waited for her 1.5 hours, she kept saying, “sorry almost done”. Vu Ha had to rescue me and do the pedicure. 2nd appointment, had an appointment again and was supposed to get my nails soaked off, manicure and pedicure. Waited 1 hour to be seen. The tech didn’t want to do the manicure and instead used the nail drill to removed my cuticles, and said “see manicure”. At the same time, a couple who was there for appointments kept getting skipped over. Star assisted her but they kept skipping her boyfriend and they were livid. 3rd appointment was at 6pm. I got there 45 minutes early!!! Still was skipped over. Star rescued me and soaked my nails off and Vu Ha (he’s amazing and very nice) did my pedicure but didn’t removed the soaked acrylic so I had to soak again. Again, Star had to rescue me to clean off the rest.
Here’s the issue. They need a receptionist to do upkeep (because it could be more tidy) and handle the logistics. There’s more than enough people working to manage the customer base but there is no receptionist and the English speaking technicians are limited. Read moreThe place was over all very clean and beautiful on the inside but l'm so highly disappointed I requested to get clustered lash extensions which they have on their service board when I arrived, the lady took me back to the room and was very rough with my head in my eyes when she wanted to move my head, she would grab my hair and pull it to the side and to close my eyes, she used medical gauze tape which pulled out some of my bottom eyelashes at that point, I was already ready to leave, but it was too late when she started she had no idea what she was doing and when I asked her for care and how long they should last she told me she didn't know. I don't believe that someone should be doing these types of procedures on people's eyes. If they don't know what they're doing. She got glue in my eye once and when I said it was burning, she just kept proceeding to put lashes on. Once she finished. There was already lashes falling out. (1 went home and researched. To make sure they stay in as long as possible. So I didn't use water oil based products used a silk pillowcase.
