I came here about a week ago and bought the rankest meat of my life getting sick for 3 days returned it asking for something that was not aged. They made the exchange and swear the meat they gave me was only one week old m it still smells like dead body and was full of bacteria under my microscope. They swear this is how their meat comes fresh. The other three farms I get my meat from have no odor for up to one month after harvest and don't make me lose ten lbs in one week after eating two lbs. I even shat my pants on the 1.5hrs drive home from making the return. They did refund me my money but I'm out a week of work and 10lbs of body weight. My dogs haven't messed with my cooler outside for the past 3 months, 3 hours after putting this meat in my cooler the dogs chewed of the latch and took all the stinky meat leaving only the vacuumed sealed fresh meat from the other farm. The first three days I could barely sleep because my breath smelled like a mix of dog breath and dirty putang pie and I was itchy and breaking out from the excessive hystamine. Here is my honest review. This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a meat company and so many others had questionable reviews. I found this place and gave it a try. First, this place is impeccably clean, which was a great surprise. There is no awful meat stench that so many other places have. Now to the meat. The only problem I have had so far, is that I bought the shaved turkey deli meat. I wanted to love it, because everything else is so good. But, it was unbearably salty and I was forced to throw it away. The smoked pork chops are outstanding. They have a great flavor. The spiral cut ham is also very good and very reasonably priced. The chorizo is the best I have ever had. The bacon reminds me of bacon you get in the south, very flavorful. I like the ground chicken, ground turkey and the handmade burger patties. The tall blonde lady who works there is very friendly and helpful. The prices are decent, especially for the great quality they have.
