Lindsay Windows — Local services in Apple Valley

This place treats there shop guys like there animals. They have a restroom inside and it's only for the office people and the shop guys can't use it, they have to use porta potties outside. It's was 103 degrees outside and they still won't let them use the restroom inside. The secretary always tell me she will call me back and I never get a call back. Then she told me all my windows were ready and just my sliders were not ready. When I got there they said they didn't have 3 windows and the 2 sliders ready. This secretary needs training and sticky notes on who to call back. Come on guys get you stuff together and learn how to call someone back. Also those shop guys keep you in business by making all the windows. Learn how to treat people and don't treat your employees like there dirt and the office people like there gold. Everyone is equal....

These guys are a window manufacture and they will make your company look terrible if you use them as a supplier. they are never on time they don’t respond when you call them and they have terrible service. We ordered over 130 windows on the 1st of June and as of August 1st we have still not received them. They have confirmed five delivery dates (have canceled 5 times) and still have not delivered the windows. They do not do what they say. They just lost 630 windows I had to order from somebody else, that could perform and get the job done. I am very concerned about their warranty because the warranty is only as good if the people will pick up the phone and respond to you, so good luck with getting any warranty issues taken care of with this company. During the pandemic Lindsay Windows was one of the few companies to reliably and quickly take my window order and deliver (to northern CA) the windows for our home's addition. During installation we inadvertently broke two of the window cranks and replacements were mailed immediately. 4 years later the casement windows work great and the outswing french door performs great.
