I came here with my mom as she has had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I ended up in a situation in which I was looking for a very particular style of ring and did not have a lot of time before we left to go on vacation to the north shore. The staff here did not at any point make me feel like any other jeweler has. We had been out and about looking at rings to get some style ideas, and every other place we had been to made us feel sort of uncomfortable. The staff here are very family oriented. They are EXTREMELY attentive. I was able to show them some photos of the style I was looking for. They asked a bunch of questions and even pointed out things to which i wouldn't have thought to take into consideration. This entire experience of trying to find the perfect ring in enough time has been a giant headache. That all changed from the moment We came here. My experience here was nothing short of superb. They hands down exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The ring that they helped come up with is exactly what I was looking for. I had about a week before I needed it to ask my lady while we were on vacation. Every other place told me I'd be out of luck as production times are 4-6 weeks out. They made it happen even with my strict timeline. Wasn't even a question. I am beyond thankful for them and the service that they provided me and my family. You will not receive better service from anywhere else. I ended up with the most beautiful ring for a price that I previously thought was unthinkable. They are truly amazing in every aspect of their business. If you are looking for a ring that is as amazing as your person. This is the place. I at no point plan on purchasing anything from anywhere else. It will be from here. They did a fantastic job for my mom and her husband when they needed rings, and they've shown that again. Price: While shopping for the ring, I also met with another jeweler and asked about prices. The other jeweler actually TOLD ME to buy from Apple Valley because their price was impressively low and the other jeweler couldn’t even come close!

Quality: I came up with the base design concept for my ring and Apple Valley pointed out a few small issues and helped me find ways to achieve the same style and design ideas to create a beautiful, strong and timeless piece. My fiancé LOVES the final product and we’re both very happy we went to Apple Valley Diamond.

Customer service: Since I had custom-designed our ring, I had a few special requests etc, and Apple Valley was beyond gracious and helpful. They were prompt, responsive, polite and knowledgeable and made the whole process as easy as possible.

Speed: I had a limited time to get my ring made for the proposal I had planned, and Apple Valley got everything done with a few days to spare. They were clear about how long the process would take and worked very hard to get it all done on time.

My husband and I were looking for new rings for our 15th wedding anniversary. We went to a couple of “big box” stores. Then we went to a place that advertises on TV that claims (on their commercials) they have the best prices – let’s just say that we were disappointed with both their prices and selection.

I started looking at online jewelers and thought that I probably wouldn’t find a better deal than what I had found online. I was ready to order something online, but on a whim my husband and I stopped into Apple Valley Diamonds. To be honest, after our disappointing experiences elsewhere, I wasn’t expecting much.

My husband and I were blown away by the selection, level of customer service, and (also very important!) the prices. The prices here are comparable (and honestly even better than) what we found online. We mostly worked with Eli here, by the way, although everyone at the store is very friendly and nice.

Eli understood us; he was able to figure out what we were looking for and when what I wanted wasn’t in stock (a specific size of an emerald cut diamond), he got on the phone and ordered one – and he had it available for me to look at in the store within 2 days.

Long story short, because the prices were good and the customer service was great, we were able to purchase 2 rings for me and a new ring for my husband, and the cost was approximately 2/3 TOTAL of what it would have been to order just one ring for me (with a labgrown center diamond) at a big box store that advertises regularly on the radio. We also were able to have the setting for one of my rings custom-made.
