The BEST Mexican Food Around - A Must-Try Hidden Gem! Everyone needs to come and check out Taqueria los Compadres! This place is hands-down the best Mexican food around. It's tucked back a bit—behind Luna Donuts and next to Rascals in the Granada Center—but trust me, it is absolutely worth seeking out. (I even uploaded a photo with an arrow to help you find it!) The food is truly outstanding. My wife got the chicken tamale with tomatillo salsa, and it was phenomenal. I ordered the queso birria taco grande, and all I can say is OMG, the food was so flavorful and delicious. Highly, highly recommended. Don't let the location keep you away; this is authentic, amazing food you don't want to miss!

We highly enjoyed our meal at Taqueria Los compadres. We had the queso burrito, street tacos and green chili enchiladas. All were tasty! I’m excited to go back and enjoy other menu items. They also have good daily special options.

Best burrito I’ve had since moving to the twin cities 7 years ago. Grew up in socal and had given up on a decent burrito spot here. Hope they get good business! Loaded comes with fries and is fantastic. I never write reviews. That’s how happy...

Overpriced- very small portions. Food doesn’t have much flavor. Guac and salsa very small cup and overpriced. Spilled salsa wanted to charge be an additional 4.00. A lot more value at other local Mexican restaurants....
