Absolutely horrible customer service and support/warranty of the products they sell. I purchased a Vaporesso XROS2 reluctantly from them because I had damaged the one I had at work and did not feel like going back to Lynchburg. The device held charge but only worked one out of three hits. I took the product back to simply exchange it within 3 days. No damage to the device and returned it with the box and charger and simply asked for an exchange (not a refund) when I was told the most he would do was to give me half off of another device that would also have zero warranty. The device costs me $44.95 there when it sells for around $35.00 -$40.00 anywhere else. Obviously I told him no that I would rather purchase another device somewhere that I knew would warranty the product for at least three days. This...

The new gentleman behind the counter is no less friendly, but not very articulate in American English. If you know what you're looking for and need it's easy enough, but if you have questions, well, it may be best to ask on Google or a fellow customer in-store. I still rate this establishment 5 stars because they offer a veritable bounty of options. Though I do hope the previous store manager is okay, and hold out hope...
