Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Appomattox

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered an order online at 1pm in the afternoon for pick up at 530pm. This order was $105 as it was a family order for a family event! I went to pick up at their drive thru at 530pm and there was a line and it took 30 mins to get to the window and get my order. I brushed that off as understaffed and busy. But, they then could not find all my pizzas and apparently gave me what they thought were ours. We drove 15 mins in pouring down rain back to our family who was waiting on all these pizzas to find out they had screwed up the entire order. They did not give us one of the pizzas we ordered, they must have given us someone elses and they didn't have the right crust on most of them. I then tried to call to the store for 4 hours and kept getting disconnected after ringing and ringing numerous times. I was finally able to get to the people who do the phone orders (who are not located in the store), they continued to try and connect me to the store and it still kept getting disconnected, one of their people gave me the direct number that they use to call to the store and that even kept ringing and ringing and disconnected, and I tried this until they closed which is 10pm. I was then told by those phone people that they would have one of their supervisors reach back out to me and they never did. At this point I know that if the phone was actually ringing at the store someone should have been answering over a 4 hour period of time and 15 or more phone calls, and have no idea why they were not, as I even tried calling 5 mins before they closed. It is almost like their phone was disconnected. I finally gave up. I have worked customer service my entire life and i have never seen such horrible customer service and...

I always love going to pizza hut and get salad bar! But last night was the worst experience I have ever had. I waitress and if something not right I go out my way to make it right. The customer is my #1 priority. When we ordered I ordered a large bread sticks. When I received them it was only a small order and had cheese on them. I told the waitress her response was that's what u ordered. I told her no I ordered a large bread sticks she said we don't have large no more. Ok what about the cheese she said you order that. So I let it go got a pan pizza it was not a pan it was not thick at all the lady with me got hand tossed and was thicker than mine. I asked about it she said I don't know what they do in the kitchen. So then I go to pay we split the bill I had cash for $26 and debit for $25 and told me I couldn't do that that's why I asked u about 1 ticket I went was mad by that point. I have always had poor service every time I've eaten at the Appomattox Pizza Hut. It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks, and I was brought the wrong drink 3 times. Then we ordered and waited another 30 minutes and another waitress comes to our table and ask to take our order. I told her we already did 30 minutes ago and she said that our waitress was on a call and never put it in. They said we would get a discount, so we ordered again, waited another 30 for our food , which was good hence the 2 stars, and when we finally get our bill after being there over 2 hours, they only took off the drinks, when almost all of us had water. Unbelievably bad service and instances like this have happened almost everytime my family eats there. Understaffed, and lack of work ethic is what's crippling this place to say the least.
