As a wavy hair girl, I felt singled out and uncomfortable by the way the manager was treating me. The consultation and treatment was overall relaxing and great but once I made it back to the salon chair and the manager, Teresa, came out… it went down hill quickly. She was hard selling the product to my friends and I. It was very awkward and made us feel like we were obliged to buy product. Then the same girl who did my treatment asked me what style I wanted my hair to be and I said straight with a little flip. She was kind and seemed experienced with my hair texture while blowdrying. Obviously, my wavy hair takes awhile longer compared to my friend’s with straight hair to style… but I noticed the manager starting to get frustrated and annoyed with the stylist for giving me the style I wanted. She unplugged my stylist’s blow dryer, pushed her aside, and started curling my hair in the middle of my hair being straightened. Even the stylist explained to her that I wanted straight hair but she just said that takes too long. My wants felt completely disregarded. Not only did I not get the style I wanted but Teresa kept making uncomfortable comments about how my hair is “special” and “takes too long”. She told me that she charges extra for the style I wanted. I wouldn’t have mind paying for the extra add on but I don’t appreciate the slyness and passive aggressive comments.

This salon is just looking for an extra dollar any way they can.

An incredibly revitalizing experience with Nina. Her scalp massage was not only deeply relaxing but also informative she blends expertise with genuine care. I left feeling refreshed, more in tune with my scalp health, and truly cared for. I am also coming back to my review because I did buy some head scalp Milbon moisturizer and at the initial session scalp had a tingling sensation soon after I was told to use everyday. I used the product for 2 more days and my scalp had the worst reaction my head was itchy non-stop it was uncomfortable. I contacted the salesperson Nina about the issue and she said, " come back I will talk to my manager ". I noticed there was no compassion in her reaction trying to get rid of me since I did come to the place of business. I left and I left her the product all I wanted was to switch the product. Nina calls me back and tells me that her manager said, " it's k i can switch the product but no money back". I lost money with the lost I took and the salesperson Nina tells me, " next time I will give you another treatment !" I personally did not appreciate the fact I was not asked anything about how the product was working on my hair and also how the whole situation was taken cared of. I felt that the logistics part of the experience lacks...
