Ed Gordon replaced my motherboard and added more memory. He provided me with a new charger as my original one was no longer charging. I have recommended my friends to Ed as well as I totally trust his quality and value of work. I was lucky enough to work in the same department with him years ago, as he was our IT guy for very critical essential services. He was an excellent technician, reliable and efficient. I felt hope that I wouldn't be talked down to, dismissed, or disrespected, and all of that was true.
