9/8/23 After 16 hours on the phone this week with AT&T, Nightmare, Several hours on the phone with Apple, Hours and hours on Wi-Fi, Going to other Cellular Shops in Arcata, 4 days of Complete Stress, Not getting the right information from ANYONE… I found DAN at iElectronics… In minutes he was able and willing to answer my questions and give me accurate, educated, confident advice. All my problems solved.

I wish I would of known of them prior to this. I will never go anywhere else again. I appreciate Dans Expert Knowledge and Excellent Customer Service. He is straight forward, honest, fair and willing to help. You can’t ask for more than that. He has a great attitude and definitely knows how to speak to people. He has Great Communication Skills and Insight. If I would of gone there first, I wouldn’t of gone through any of this unnecessary stress. I learned a valuable lessons from this experience. Thank you iExperts for caring about the people in your community. I’m very grateful for the time you took explaining things to me. 🎚

Do not get your phone fixed here!! They were extremely rude to me- interrupting and talking down to me. Originally they told me it would be a few hours to fix my cracked screen and it turned into a week and a half process with unsatisfying results. The first time my phone was "fixed" the back was coming apart as the glue they used wasn't dry. It was also overheating when I was doing simple things like texting. When I brought it back to them the same day they tried to fix it and they broke the back screen in the process. They told me to come back in a few days. When I came back a few days later they were extremely rude. They kept implying that I was lying to them about their subpar work. When I told them the glue wasn't dry the first time I picked it up they said they didn't use glue to fix phones, even though I was sitting in the shop watching them glue it back together the second time (when they broke my phone). Then, they told me they didn't have the part and to come back at the end of the week, but when I did they said they still didn't have the part and to wait until they called me. Since my phone got "fixed" it's been overheating and the screen is super dim. The work itself is messy and my phone has dried glue all around its edge. I would recommend shipping your phone to someplace outside Humboldt County for decent repairs and...

Be cautious, we brought in an iPad with a cracked screen. I called ahead, read all numbers and was quoted a price cheaper than when we walked in. But ok we needed it fixed. We paid the higher price. A few days go by and they ask if we want to replace the battery since they are removing screen and The batteries don’t last, so ok sure we’ll add a battery. The process was quoted a couple days, but took a couple weeks. Get the iPad back, looks great but won’t charge. We switch cords, finagle the position and it charges. I called them back and I wish I would’ve taken it back right away, we waited due to our work schedules and just adjusted the cord to find the “sweet spot” until a few weeks later it died and wouldn’t charge at all. Frozen dead. We take it back, and they tell us there’s nothing they can do, they actually say the battery seems to be placed incorrectly, yes the battery (that they installed at their suggestion) is off.
