Update to initial review: January 26th, 2024 Recently I returned a broken set of earrings which I had mentioned from purchase that the loop stuck...they did replace the set and it gave me resolution hope. I had the same earring in gold and had never worn them due to the loop problem. I sent them in for replacement as they had redesigned the loop. They were sent back and not replaced. The owners seem to be full of spirituality yet this situation was not my fault ... the blame is the manipulation of funds between charging / shipping and my identification of the practice. They also employee mean customer service people. This business held a place in my heart and all of my family and friends to whom I sent gifts. They are to date 100% wrong ... this is not a world peace situation yet why continue to harm me and be such a fozen company ... the door is open ...
Previous Review: I shopped at Holly Yashi for 20 years. I bought gifts and jewelry and posted their card on my building bulletin board to share their story.
Their accountant(s), Nick, did some manipulating of my credit cards and without notification and caused a big problem.
I bought 2 pet tags and one fell off of the frame. Julia told me too bad even though I thought the maker would want to know to prevent other people from the problem. They no longer have wonderful Moe and Jody in customer service ... now Helena and Julia UGH!
So now I am banned from shopping even though I reached out to Holly and Paul.
Today they refused me to purchase a gift for my 93 yr. old Mother.
20 years of supporting them on multiple levels.

Read moreI have bought dozens and dozens of pieces from them over the years & was a very loyal customer, spreading the word. I purchased several of their pearl & earrings necklaces in various colors recently (Julianna) for myself and for gifts...and the pearls are falling off. In the past they always took care of any problems quickly and were eager to please the customer. I felt very taken care of. I have to say the representatives I spoke to on the phone this past month were lukewarm in terms of dealing with the problem. They said they would send a replacement and it never arrived. I called back today and they offered to resend it (let's see if it happens) and gave me very perfunctory responses. I am rethinking my loyalty because I was left feeling like they don't care much. This might be the last piece I buy. I hope whoever deals with customer service reads this and talks to their reps.
Addendum: The management immediately contacted me to apologize and sent me a gift & a replacement item. This is the service I am used to...on their way...
