I don't really write reviews but I am compelled to leave one for this Verizon location. Unlike some other Verizon places I've been to, the service here was outstanding. I was feeling a bit down when I came in, hoping to resolve an issue with my galaxy watch service.
Nathan greeted me when I came in and promptly began assisting me. He showed genuine interest in helping me find a solution. Dominique then joined in and they worked efficiently to address my needs. Their teamwork was impressive, and they were both very focused on making sure I was satisfied which was surreal. My galaxy watch is now connected and the issue was resolved and their effort in making this happen was greatly appreciated.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Dominique and Nathan were kind, patient, and truly helpful. They not only solved my issue but also made me feel valued as a customer. It was a refreshing change from past experiences from other verizon stores and definitely brightened my day.
Dominique and Nathan are excellent representatives for Verizon. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is clear, and they made my visit a very positive one.

Jacob and Caleb were extremely helpful and made sure that we received the best deal we qualified for on our trade-ins. No question, no matter how innocuous or complicated was a problem for them. When I asked about memory, I was surprised to find that (depending on our respective trade-ins) we were jumping from 12-16 gigabytes to 128 gigabytes of memory! If you have a follow-up question or problem, Jacob and Caleb will get back to you as soon as they can whether you send it via text, email, voicemail or other means of communication. Jacob and Caleb want you to be a satisfied customer and to be happy with your purchase. Caleb made sure we understood that our first bill would be fairly large, but after that, would revert to little more than our previous monthly bills. Jacob and Caleb really do back up their already professional service with knowledgeable and clear communication, and that, if there are any further problems or questions you may have, they are there for you. We are very happy with our new phones and if you are thinking of upgrading from your current phones, head to Jacob and Caleb at Verizon/Wireless Zone! He checked my phone and advised that all was well. He added extra security apps. He then checked for updates on the phone and indicated that both myself and my spouse were due for new phones. As we near retirement, cutting financial corners is our goal, and Dominique quickly began cutting corners for us that I hadn’t even thought about. He saved us money on the Verizon program plus he bundled our Internet services with Verizon. He worked some magic and was able to save us over $300 a month. That included two new cell phones plus Internet for our two homes, two gift televisions +2 gift cards. Well done, Dominique you are definitely the sales person. I will recommend to everyone.
