I rarely write reviews however this location exceeded my expectations, so I MUST! I am a new cat owner and I feel so much more confident after the visit!

Customer service: My pet has some dandruff action going on and the workers educated me on so many things! Firstly, the food play a huge role to their skin, so I changed it immediately. It was tough because my cat is a picky eater. But surprisingly, my cat couldn't wait for me to open her new bag of food! My cat loved the food and she's a picky dry food eater! Not only did she love the food, but it feels amazing to know that it's also going to improve her skin condition! I am so excited! The workers also educated me about catnip, different types of litter and their functions, etc. They were extremely educated and easy to talk to. Please visit this location and experience yourself because I went to the woodbury location and the customer service had a HUGE difference!

Service: I've never gotten a professional service before, but I wanted to experiment. The groomer did a great job at explaining what to expect which I then knew I was in good hands. I orginally came in for a wash and nail trim, but they exceeded my expectations! For some reason I was so scared that my cat was going to leave all frightened and defensive, however she was the exact opposite! My cat was relaxed and way more calm than when we had stepped in. Not only did my cat get her much needed wash and trim, but she also got her ears cleaned and she was so happy!

Thank you so much for giving me a tremendous experience that I will never forget! I will definitely be coming back even though it's a bit further from where I'm located, but...

I wish I had taken photos. This business looks great. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable pet lovers. I always have questions and my dog is very frantic she gets very excited when we approach the building because she loves all the positive attention she gets from the staff. The staff did a nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. My dog was not calm but surprisingly cooperative. Then I did a self wash. Staff assisted me with picking out a hydrating shampoo and de-shedding conditioner. They also answer a lot of my other question about the healthy dog food products like the calming hemp treats. I bought a new leash, harness, and basic collar. I ended my visit with an essential membership and a new dog tag. I’ll get one free self wash each month and a discount on retail. They also have at-home allergen testing kits that provide a thorough review of what your dog should avoid or should have more of. They have a sample binder of the results. It Only costs $80 and a bit of your dog’s fur which is modest compared to a vet visit. I’m glad I found this place and that they have multiple franchises...

I’m becoming increasingly disappointed in the consistency of their mobile unit. Our apartment has worked with their manager to schedule regular monthly visits by the mobile unit and the girl that cuts nails is fantastic. The problem is that we never know when she is actually going to be here because she hasn’t shown up a couple of times. I just tried calling to find out if something happened and first a guy answered and acted like he couldn’t hear me. Then I got a hold of a girl and she put me on hold to never return. Then I called and left a message to have the manager call back so I can determine if I have to schedule somewhere else. I have yet to receive a call back. Hey… if your business doesn’t want the business for an apartment complex—-that’s fine.Stop wasting people’s time advertising you will be showing up.

Update:The owner called back and addressed the issue same day. Thanks Rian! Will do a walk in this time. Hope to catch the mobile unit on the next round. Again-great...
