Made us sit and wait almost 25min. After our appointment time for no reason,lady was sitting in next room doing nothing. All the while I'm on my lunch break. Finely,lady at desk gets up and tell's her there are people sitting and waiting. Keep in mind if you are late,you are canceled&put as no show! They have a system to,let's say correct these parents that don't show up on time. (Have prof of) because of them having no regard for anyone else, I got no lunch and was almost late getting back to work. How is this right or fair? The whole thing took...
