Smoothie King — Restaurant in Arlington

i went in to smoothie king earlier this week and immediately noticed the attitude. me and two of my friends asked if we could interview them on the business for a school grade. after asking, the girl working the register was very rude and looked at the other girl working and said “these children want to film us” in a rude tone. the girl she said that to turned around with an ugly look and said “no.” while waving her hand up and turned right back around. there was another customer in there and he even gave a shocked look once this incident took place. we understand that some people don’t want to and that is okay/understandable but it was all about the tone and attitude that immediately come off. this also is not the first time i’ve heard about the rudeness here. i work in an environment where i’m always dealing with customers and even on my bad days i have never given nor experienced such bad attitudes and rudeness. on top of that the place was disgusting. the fruit was all brown and looked old. i’m including the picture i took of the bananas for people to see. i do NOT recommend coming to this place unless you want a...

ZERO STARS is what this establishment deserves. Arrived all the way home, open my box (6 smoothie bowls), and this is what I got. I called the store to explain that my bowls were halfway full (even with the fruit toppings). I was told that is the way the smoothie bowls are made. Absolutely Not True!!!! The in-store and online pictures even show full smoothie bowls. My husband and I order smoothie bowls all the time from this location and others in the surrounding areas. NEVER have we ever had half filled smoothie bowls. We spent almost $90 for this???? I’m waiting for the manager or general manager to call and explain why this happened, and to make it right. Cashiers didn’t even bother to resolve the issue when I called. Here’s a tip: Make it right, and resolve the issue, especially if it’s as simple as replacing 6 smoothie bowls. Rude service. I walk in, I start talking to order then this one girl comes out, interrupted me & said in such a rude tone “do you have a mask”. I said “no” I then went to my car to get one. The girl in the front said I’m sorry about that, like she knew the girl had said it in a rude way & i said “oh it’s fine, you guys should put up a sign” she then goes tell the girl i said this. Yeah it’s my fault for missing the signs I’ll admit it, after switching from not having to wear masks to having to wear them again i just didn’t think about it & some places you don’t have to since you’re vaccinated.
