I ordered 14 items total and majority of those items were either not great quality or they were messed up/broken/damaged. They were not safely packaged. My stems for the tree were all bent up and they ripped open where they had been bent. One side of the lollipop ornament is fine, but the other side shows the metal stick it's on sticking through the lollipop head!! So it can only be used facing one way. The resin & metal gingerbread pie plate has yellow discoloration where it's suppose to be snow white. It looks like somebody stained it with pee. Another gingerbread man stem, one of the gingerbread men's buttons is completely torn off and MIA, while the hot glue guns glue is all over like a spider web!!! How can someone sell such horrid pieces?!!! There are strings of glue and broken pieces all over this order. None of the items are high quality. I'm really upset how these turned out. I purchased majority of my ornaments from here thinking they would all come out very magical and beautiful as the pictures shown on website. Super upset about the pee ornament (that's what I've been calling it) Thanks for the hot cocoa gift, but I would've greatly appreciated my ornaments being as shown in your photos instead, as they were not cheap! This place is pricey compared to others I've ordered from. I'm so upset, so I apologize if I'm coming off rude. That is not my intentions. Even as I sit here taking each piece out of its delivery box, I keep hearing little pieces falling off back into the box. Ornaments damaged. I feel like I was scammed, it's that bad. I really wish I would've stuck with Michaels and At Home instead! Now I don't have the money to replace all of this in time for Christmas. This was my first time ordering through Decorations Warehouse for my Christmas decor. They packed all 14 items into a small box. Probably won't be recommending this company to anyone, I'm just too upset about this. Not a great first impression. Its just a mess. Definitely did not get my money's worth, like I said before, I feel like I was scammed that's how bad they turned out š¢
Update: I finally got all the spider webbed glue off the ornaments weeks later (most of it anyways) still never found my gingerbread man's button so I made him a new one. At Home and Home Goods is what I recommend y'all! I wouldn't order online again, but if you're going in person, just make sure you double check over what...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is Christmas Heaven! If you are searching for Christmas decor, this place is worth the drive! It is the ultimate Christmas destination!! They have the most beautiful, unique, and high quality EVERYTHING! They have so many different colors and themes. Be prepared to wander for a while to see it all. There is A LOT to see! They are the professionals when it comes to putting together a breathtaking tree and decor. They even have tutorials on their website to help guide you in creating the same look in your home. We visited this place for the first time last year searching for a beautiful flocked 7.5ft Christmas tree (only). However, after we saw all the amazing themed trees, we decided to completely change up our usual white/silver set up to the Grinch. We ended up not only purchasing the absolutely stunning flocked tree we discovered, but the Grinch tree bundle, additional ornaments to make it more full, 5 boxes of the beautiful twinkling lights, the LED star burst tree topper, the rotating tree base, and a tree storage bag. While it was expensive, it was worth it because you canāt find anything like their selection anywhere else! We moved into a house earlier this year so I knew we would be back this year to get more to add to our Grinchmas decor. We worked with the extremely helpful employees in the DFW Pro Lights to get all the supplies we needed to install the red and green lights to our house ourselves. It turned out amazing and we are already getting so many compliments from all our neighbors. Earlier this week I started to pull out our amazing 7.5ft tree we purchased last year, when I realized we have taller ceilings in the new house (uh oh, lol). I remembered how much I LOVED the taller version of our stunning tree and thought āhmm, I can have actually have it nowā. Now we are headed back to our new favorite place to get my new, even bigger AMAZING flocked tree and more decorations to fill it out. I canāt wait to get our new tree set up this year. It going to be...
