Farmers Market — Local services in Arlington

I used to come here a lot. Unfortunately, it’s getting overcrowded nowadays.

Parking has been stressful given how busy they are. Although this could be a good thing for the business, the service has deteriorated quite much.

Today I went to a peach vender nearby the entrance. The vendor guy was incredibly rude and basically yelled at me for coming at 12. I understand that he wants go home soon, but I don’t think that’s how customers should be treated. Being a loyal customer for years, this is the trigger event that I will never ever come back again.

The COVID Police have taken over the Arlington Courthouse Farmers market. As of 3-13-21 you have to wait upwards of an hour to get in with less than 20 people visible in the market. We had brought our vaccinated 83 year old mother to the market but left after 20 minutes. Eventually the vendors will leave and no market. Great vendors, normally nice market but inaccessible. Thanks for protecting us, requiring mask wearing outside and preventing us from visiting the market. I am feeling...

I've been a regular here for a while now and am pleasantly surprised by how well it does in all 4 seasons! There are some amazing regulars there (Twin springs, the Metro Microgreens folks, Toigo Orchards, and the mushroom folks are awesome!) from produce to hot food. I feel bad not listing everyone because honestly you can't go wrong.
