though I have utilized the services of this establishment more than once at this point, it has taken me this long to finally realize that, in so many words, I, as well as others, are being "jipped". I came into the store to sell some baby clothes as well as a baby carrier (i.e. the one that you wear as if it is a life jacket). in all, I was given a little over 10 bucks for a pair of baby shoes, several quality clothing items for this season & a baby carrier when one of the items alone costs more than they offered me all together. the disappointing factor for me is to see how much everything else around the store costs. it AMAZES me, in the worst way possible, how the items are selling for much more than they are being paid for by customers who take their time to help keep the store running by giving this place clothes to cheat us out of & sell for much higher in the first place! I left the store with the biggest lump in my throat after coming to the conclusion that I am being taken for the quality things that I have been trying to make more of a profit off of. I will never darken the doorway of this money pit for as long as I walk this earth. to add, I will NEVER suggest this place to others (& boy do I know quite a few mothers who could use some financial assistance by selling their ever-growing children's worn yet FULL OF QUALITY (worth more than .25 to a dollar to be sold for 5 times the amount or more) items. as a matter fact, I will make sure they know to NEVER grace this place with their presence. I'll even have them spread the word because it's ridiculous how this system works. what if these mothers are in desperate situations, needing food for their children & choose to sell worthy items as a last resort? the payback isn't even enough to buy a footlong at Subway. thanks but, NO THANKS....

I did like going here until today , I came in to the store a few months ago looking to trade in clothes or get cash,store credit for the clothes I was giving them. The lady that attended me said they were not buying clothes at the moment but are giving store credit which I was perfectly fine with they took the clothes I came in while I did a little bit of shopping. Today I called in to see how much credit I have on my account because I was wanting to trade in more clothing the employee who answered told me I did not have any credit I was soo confused because I did in fact traded the clothes I bought for store credit. She passed me to someone who was much higher I’m assuming she proceeded to tell me that when I came to trade in my clothes before they were supposed to take the clothing I bought in and I was supposed to sign in, in order to receive store credit which was not done on my part when I came in to trade in the clothing they took my clothing told me that they were going to look through it and whatever they could get they would put it as store credit which I was fine never once did they tell me to sign a sheet to receive store credits or to come back for the clothes they did not accept. Why was I not told to sign a paper in order to receive store credit they basically stole the clothing I brought in and did not even try to give me store credit. The person who was on the phone was not answering that they took my clothing and did not get me credit didn’t try to give me an exchange or something to help the situation. DONT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!...

I went into this store on yesterday after calling ,because I left my 20% off card that I earned after shopping there so much. I spoke to a young lady over the phone before going in and she explained to me that they were busy and they didn't know if it was there. Well i had previously spoken to someone on last week and she assured me that she would put it up for me. Upon entering the store on yesterday the hello was as dry as a powdered house. I continued looking around. Soon after a large item fell and almost hit someone in the head. The girl come running "saying is everyone ok?". We all said yes. I approached her really nicely and asked if she was the girl I spoke to over the phone and she cut me off quickly and said you can go to the counter and the girls will help you. I said that was short and rude. The girls at the front didn't say anything. I asked for the managers info and they laughed and said they didn't have it!!!! Another issue I have with them is they never hire anyone of color and it made me think🤔 Hmmmmmmmmm Prejudice perhaps? Either way ! not a friendly place to be or patronize. The clothes are beginning to be overpriced and not as nice as they used to be . They have strollers and car seats that are priced at 100.00 and they are filthy!!!! I'll shop kid to kid from now on and it's further from me... They have really nice clean items that are not over priced. They're located in Arlington, a little further down on Cooper street. Don't waste your time or great energy with these...
